I Visited today with my family. We did the quad trail, it was a brilliant experience! My youngest child is age 12 and was very comfortable doing it. The staff were all welcoming, very polite. They explain everything to you. The staff stay with you around the track to help if you get stuck. You get provided safety equipment. They offer other activities also, me and my family will be definitely visiting again to try another activity. Thank you ! To all the staff who made our day a beautiful experience today! I would highly recommend visiting for a fun filled day out. xxx

We had a fantastic time at the Peaky Pistols experience today! All staff were friendly and welcoming, our instructor, Carter was brilliant, warm and friendly. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and are already planning future trips with the kids!

Our party of eight took part in the Archery activity. Sean our instructor was very informative & personable. Non of us had tried archery before but he was most helpful & patient. The time flew & we had a great time. Would definitely go back.

We went for a shooting experience on my birthday and the four of us had a fabulous time. Our shooting instructor was called Shaun and he was assisted by Millie. Shaun explained the whole process beautifully, with patience and humour. He was very efficient, thorough and professional. He made our two hours memorable and fun. We can't wait to go there again and try several other adventures. We hope that our instructors are all as wonderful and scintillating as Shaun was. Barrister Nabeela Siddiqui

Had a great experience at NPF Bassetts Pole Adventure Park - had questions before booking so chatted to Rob Zafra-Davis who was excellent throughout, answered all questions and allowed me to pay through my preferred option as I didn't have my card handy. On arrival we were greeted by nice people at the park who were all welcoming.. we had 3 hours of paint balling following an informative induction.. .Our marshal for the day was Aki, who did a great job in making sure the whole group is fully engaged, highly recommended.. would love to go there again for other activities in future...

THIS COMPANY ADVERTISES JOB VACANCIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE, MY SON CALLED AND WAS TOLD HE NEEDED TO TURN UP ON A SATURDAY AT 7.45 AM FOR A TRIAL, HE WENT ALONG THINKING MAYBE A HOUR OR SO, HE WAS THERE TILL 5.30 ALONG WITH ANOTHER YOUNG BOY DOING THE SAME, THEY WERE GIVEN A 5 MINUTE BREAK DURING THE DAY. AT THE END OF THE SHIFT THEY WERE TOLD THEY CAN LOG ON TO FACEBOOK AND PUT NAMES DOWN FOR ANY POSSIBLE SHIFTS IN THE FUTURE, NO SHIFTS HAVE BEEN OFFERED, THEY HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FOR THE 9 HOUR SHIFT THEY DID ON A SATURDAY, WHEN I CALLED AND QUESTIONED THIS A LADY TOLD ME THAT THIS IS PERFECTLY NORMAL AND ITS THE WAY THEY OPERATE, I KNOW OF ANOTHER 3 BOYS THEY DID THE SAME TO. THIS REVIEW IS JUST A WORD OF WARNING TO ANY YOUNG PEOPLE TRYING TO FIND A LITTLE PART TIME WORK, BEWARE , ITS UNPAID!!!!!

Our instructor Anthony was really welcoming and friendly. The rifle shooting was enjoyable and Anthony was clear with instructions. I will definitely book this activity again 😊
