Philip is your guy. I got canceled the day of the pick up by a large company...still waiting for my refund. And luckily Philip was persistent and help me bring my cars in a matter of a few days from CA to FL. Don't trust the big name dispatchers, work with this guy and he will make it happen.

Great communication throughout the process. Tom helped me the entire time and provided easy updates. Highly recommend!

Car was picked up a day earlier.tuan scheduled but was delivered when promised.The driver was very nice and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

Daniel Jackson gave plenty of notice of arrival time. Showed up on time and gave plenty of notification of expectations. Everything went smooth and as expected.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR CAR TRANSPORT. I BOOKED THEIR SERVICE 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE. THEY WAITED UNTIL THE DAY OF MY FLIGHT TO TELL ME THEY HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR A DRIVER THE ENTIRE MONTH AND WAS STILL LOOKING. I ENDED UP MISSING MY FLIGHT AND HAVING TO BOOK ANOTHER COMPANY FOR THE SAME DAY AND THE PRICE TRIPPLED. I LOST A LOT OF MONEY DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DID NOT COMMUNICATE AT ALL AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

If I can leave negative stars I would. I have had probably the worst experience with this company. Maybe it was my rep but it was a disaster… I contacted Ryan Monday for a pick up for Wednesday. Told him I would plan around for pick up Wednesday he guranteed a pick up. First started off with a quote of 710.. then went to 1200, and then finally went to 1300. And then finally when it comes to pick up day he had not guaranteed a driver for me just kept giving me excuse after excuse to try to keep my business but In the end he didn’t do anything for me to the point he ignored my messages and left me without a pick up. Now I have to deal with looking for a place to store my vehicle and travel double. It’s been a horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. It’s been 3 days of my time wasted and my car never got picked up. Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t see how you expect to handle business this way putting customers into unwanted predicaments. I was left with no pickup no service and more baggage for me to handle paid out of my own pocket not there’s for there unprofessionalism making promises they don’t guarantee.

Do not do business here. They lie. They cost me money and time waiting for them to pickup my vehicle. Not competent at all. When I finally had enough and fired them they kept sending me text. When I blocked them they sent me a bill. What idiots work here? Marcus was the liar I delt with. How do you expect to do business like this?

I wanted to share with you the excellent experience I had recently with NRG Transport. They handled the shipping of both of my vehicles flawlessly, and I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism from start to finish.
The bidding process and contract signing were simple and straightforward. The rate I was initially quoted for an open trailer was very competitive. When Kevin P called with the opportunity to upgrade to an enclosed trailer, he was my best advocate to get a reasonable rate. Even though the upgrade increased the cost a little, Kevin P. worked hard to secure an amazing rate for the enclosed trailer. The NRG contract was clear, with no hidden fees nor unexpected costs.
Kevin P. was highly responsive throughout and took the time to address every question I had. The driver, Derek, was equally impressive. Derek communicated his estimated time of arrival clearly and was extremely careful while loading both vehicles. He arrived on time, delivered on time, and Kevin followed up throughout the day to ensure everything was proceeding correctly.
I can't say enough good things about NRG Transport and Kevin specifically. NRG’s level of service exceeded my expectations. The next time I need anything related to car transport, I won't hesitate to call NRG and request Kevin P. as my liaison.
If you're ever in need of vehicle shipping services, I highly recommend giving them a try. AND ASK FOR KEVIN.

I worked with NRG to transport my car. My rep was Marcus Johnson. I booked my service about a month before the date it was supposed to be picked up. A week before the date I called Marcus and he gave me a 2 hour window when the driver would arrive. The day before I called to confirm and Marcus did not answer or return my calls. I spoke to someone on the main line and they refused to give me any information and said I need to speak to marcus directly. 2 days later Marcus responds, tells me he has a new driver for my car and it will be $400 more. This company will get you to send a deposit, string you along, and then delay pickup to get you to pay more money. I found many lies throught my conversations with him. Do not trust this company

Tom Kane was a 100 the problem somebody needs to teach him how NOT to lie. I gave him a five day notice to pick up my truck. He guaranteed me it would be picked up on that date I had shuddered work to be done at the drop off point to be done all work had to be scheduled a week in advance At 5:00pm on the pickup date he tells me the driver has not made it to Texas yet he will pick it up the next day and guaranteed me it would be there on time. At noon I called Tom he than ask me for photos of my truck, I said are you kidding me, Then he comes back with a price $1000 more than the original price telling me I wouldn't get it done any cheaper, Then he tells me if i didn't go with them I would be in breach of contract and would be fined $200.00 by his Company. This company deserves a negative five star rating

Awful! Avoid!
Lied and never picked up our car. Told me it’s not their fault that their driver was arrested for not having insurance. Then James Kane lied about the contract, stating that they had a week to pick up…not true. Then he yelled at me and wanted me to send him proof for the deposit I paid. What a joke.
Go elsewhere and don’t trust these liars.
I’m standing on my driveway calling other companies after being screwed by James Kane and NRG transport.
