NRG Transportation

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will bait and switch you at the last minute and your price will more than double. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I never leave reviews, but if I can stop someone from being taken like I was, it’s worth my time! Please please do not use this company

Tom Kane is a great guy

I would NOT recommend this carrier! You will get the runaround of when they say they can pick up your vehicle. They say when they will pickup, but on pickup day, they say truck broke down, oil leak, no driver etc. I gave them three chances to get it right before I decided to go to another carrier. DO NOT use.

Danie was very friendly and professional. He kept his promise. I would use him again. Thx!

This company is BULLSHIT, they are liars and unprofessional. Some broker guy named Bryan Wilson reached out to me and quoted me $450, and that he will stick to the price and indicated he will provide me driver's info. I had a scheduled pickup on Tuesday. On Monday, he reached out saying the driver can pick it up within 2 hours, and I'll be charged $1000 instead. But the contract I signed, clearly states $450 and have texts proving that he promised $450. So they are liars, don't go with them.

I received multiply quotes from other companies. Many claim of no additional charges then price changed after a driver was found. James located a driver to transport my jeep from NY to NC. Nilolai the driver was fantastic. Excellent communication and delivered on time and for the amount quoted.

Great experience. Service was top notch and the vehicle was on time as promised.

I have to say....I've been called the customer from hell at times! It just seems nowadays businesses promise you a certain level of service but you dont get anything that comes close to it. But I have to say NRG is is pickin up what Im puttin down. The customer service is exellent! I do also appreciate the transparency as far as them giving you direct access to drivers and dispatcher so you always know whats going on. Bryan is extremely responsive..always making sure I have the details I need when I need them. Hi five NRG... keep up the amazing service!

Great experience. Bryan was very helpful

Very trustworthy and honest!! Definitely will continue business with NGR Transportation.

Excellent communication easy to work with

Had an easy and stress free experience.
The dispatch did a great job getting my vehicle on their schedule and picked up on time.
The driver was polite, timely and kept in great communication.

Unfortunately one of my vehicles was stuck out of state and needed to be transported back to Atlanta.

Philip stayed in consistent contact with me and ultimately was able to pair me with a driver that successfully transported my car home safely.

The price was very reasonable as well. Picking one of these companies isn’t always an easy process. But I’m glad I went with NRG.

No bait and switch. As long as you’re patient in the process of finding a driver along your route they will take care of you very well

100 %. Satisfied whit their. Service always on time. No hiding prices. Drivers. Very friendly. Good prices. Lots of communication.

Phillip got our work truck home in a timely manner.

We transported our daughter’s car from Michigan to Arizona and we worked with Robert. He was extremely professional and completely transparent about the cost, the time of pick up and delivery time.He explained everything in detail. He gets you all the info on the driver and insurance. It all went off without a hitch. I would most definitely contact Robert again if I needed this service. I had no worries during this process.

I live in New York and I purchased a car in Minnesota and I use this company and I was quoted 1900. When the car came, I was told that they were not able to release the car to me because I was required to pay an additional $400. This company is a scam and I would not use them again.

After an extensive search to get our van hauled back home to Minnesota from South Texas, we chose NRG transportation as our carrier. Their professionalism and punctuality was outstanding, and they beat most of the other’s quotes by almost half price. Communication was great, and our driver couldn’t have been nicer. We are thankful for NRG Transportation, and would highly recommend.

Great company do work with!
Daniel Jackson was polite and helpful all the moments.
Thank you so much!
