Beware of NS1.bg's Invoicing Practices!
I am extremely disappointed with NS1.bg and feel compelled to share my experience to caution others who might be considering their services. As a business owner of an EOOD (Ltd), I recently discovered that some of my invoices were missing while preparing my annual tax report.
Upon contacting NS1.bg, I was told that they hadn't issued these particular invoices and would look into the situation, promising to email me the next day with a resolution. I waited for their response, but the email never came. After two days, I reached out to them again via chat to inquire about any updates on my case. To my dismay, their response was that there was nothing they could do about it.
This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer support is unacceptable. For a business like mine, which relies on accurate and complete financial records, this oversight by NS1.bg could have serious consequences. I trusted them to provide reliable and accurate invoicing, but they failed to meet that expectation.
I strongly urge anyone considering NS1.bg to be extremely cautious when dealing with them. Make sure to double-check every payment document they provide, as they seem to have a careless approach to their invoicing practices. I am deeply disappointed with their service and will be looking for alternative providers in the future.
