I recently bought a product from Nsabers, and I’m happy with my experience. The item arrived on time and was packaged well. The quality feels solid, and it works just as described. I also liked that the instructions were easy to understand, so I could start using it right away.

Give me my saber bro
Ordered a lightsaber of Nsabers.com and was exited for it, I was told that shipping was going to take 7-20 days, it’s been 20 days and the lightsaber hasn’t even started to ship from Hong Kong. WHERE IS MY LIGHTSABER
Not a good site
The lightsaber crystal does not light up and the send the wrong screw size to hold in the blade so I can only put in 2 out of the 3 screws. When I contacted support all they wanted me to do was take the lightsaber apart and put it back together. emailed them a few times and never got any help. On top of that it takes like 5 different screw sizes so it was hard to do and some of them are very very small and the video they sent did not help much. support is useless on this site never buy from them.

ordered a saber as a present for a child.
order ws quoted to be delivered within 7-10 days i only got the dispatch notification on day 10
by day 15 I had a notice that it was now with a local logistics company to deliver. this was Evri. Evri declared the parcel lost within their network and advised to contact NSaber for a replacement or refund, as there had been no update on the location of the parcel since the 13th of November.
NSabers had me sign a form stating that I was acknowledging their right to investigate the claim against the missing parcel and if i was lying, Iaccepted them contacting the police. Of course, I was happy to sign this, as I had proof the item hasn't been received as the tracking information from Evri clearly shows the parcel has not been delivered or even been marked as 'out for delivery'
NSabers then look to a week to investigate, as they seemed to be waiting for me to send them the tracking number, which they had sent me and already had on file.
This resulted in them informing me that they could see from the tracking the parcel had arrived with my local logistics company and I needed to collect it from them. despite them being in contact with the same logistics company and knowing that it has been nearly 2 months since the order was placed.
NSabers are refusing to send a replacement or issue a refund. I would advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs, it definitely feels like a scam, and I will be having the credit card company forcibly return the full funds.
