Missing product & no response from customer service
After receiving only 1 of 2 ordered products I've immediately contacted customer service to sort the issue. They haven't responded to my emails (have sent 5 already). Read the reviews after and regret ordering from them. Feels like a fraudulent way of working.

Thiefs and non existent customer care!
I would be repeating myself based on other reviews here… Very disappointed with the company. I've had a great experience while buying Nu-In yoga clothes from About You or Zalando, but now I've tried direct purchase and it is a disaster! Terrible/non existent customer care. No reply to any of my e-mails! The package took ages to arrive and when it arrived, it did not include all the clothes I bought and paid for!!! No clothes, no money, no word from the company. Not so great customer service
I placed my order (#20132800) 10 days ago and I still haven’t received an email that my order is out for shipping, despite the website stating that shipping will take 2-4 business days. I have sent two emails to the customer service and I haven’t got a response to any of them. I am quite disappointed, as I looked forward to my order. So the communication with this company isn’t exactly how it should be in my opinion.
Update: I got an email from customer service. In the end, I received the clothes and they are great actually. However, before you order, consider the waiting time and customer service.

My new “go to” rental option
First time user. Rental for Las Vegas trip. Very pleasant and helpful front counter staff. Location is literately across the road from main rental center so save time and walk over vs waiting for shuttle. Vey limited pressure/up selling. vehicles were clean and plentiful options. Will definitely rent again as the price paid was by far the best price amongst the competition. The drop off process was easy and the final invoice was emailed to us within the hour. Ratings online were 63% and that does not reflect our experience.
