Regarding your query, please note, that we can't cancel orders any time once the order is placed since our shipments are automatic and it’s logistically not possible to stop an order to be shipped. If you don't wish to receive your items you can refuse to accept the delivery. Alternatively, you can get in touch with the carrier once the order is shipped and request the order to be returned to us. The order will then be processed as a normal return and a refund will be issued.

Bad quality or bad luck?
UPDATE: the team at NU-IN refunded me the skirt and shorts which were ruined after one days use. They checked with their team and apparently there were issues with both items, which are recurring to other customers. I will give them another go in the future but will also keep an eye out for the clothing sizes as these are definitely off!
Although the customer service (when I reached out to enquire about items and my promo code) was lovely and quick to reply, I'm very sad to say that the quality is not at all what I expected.
I fell in love with the clothes and bought 3 items, all between £44-£50. As someone that avoids buying first hand, I was excited to try a new brand and support sustainable fashion; even if there was a high price to pay for each item. However 2 of the 3 items I bought seem to be ruined after wearing them one day (literally one day) - I simply don't see how this can be sustainable? (I haven't worn the third item, hence I cannot comment on it's quality).
In my opinion they should not only be sustainable in their production but also combatting against fast fashion. I don't want to purchase a clothes that can only be used a few times at best - specially not at this cost! Very disappointed.
I've reached out to NU-IN customer service and hope they get back to me soon and are able to offer some support.
Also worth mentioning - I used the size guide provided to purchase my outfits and even went to the trouble of measuring myself, yet 2 of the items are too large! Not sure if they should adjust their sizing chart or what, but I've noticed a few other people had the same issues.

Very disappointed!
The products are very expensive for the quality of the items. I bought two pairs of shorts that cost $50 each. When I looked at the product I thought it would be high quality pieces especially because of the price. I am very disappointed with my purchases. I didn’t return my items because I would have to pay a large fee for the shipping. The shorts were not soft and after wearing them for 1 day the material wore out. It seems it stretched. The material feels very ruff and cheap. I ordered a similar pair of shorts that were similar to the ones I bought from nuin from H&M and those shorts were 10 times better and cost a fraction of the price. I will never buy from nuin again. I probably would have to throw them away, that’s how bad they are.

Great quality, great customer service
I have bought from nu-in several times and every item has been of really good quality and reasonable price (their trousers in particular are some of my favourites - really amazing fit).
My last order there was a bit of a mix up with customs, but they sorted it out really quickly and were very understanding.
Will definitely recommend to friends looking to buy more sustainably - I'm sure I'll be buying more things as well. Love seeing a brand like this!

Bad quality
I bought clothes months ago from NU-IN, like many other customers, it was the worst experience ever. The clothes quality is really bad and clothes smelt like chemicals (sustainable?). They don't look like the pictures on the website.
All the articles were too big, even though I took S size (I am usually an M) and they do not correspond to the pictures on your website at all. The worst is that some of the articles arrived stained with small flash pink drops and the white part was greyish.

It's not usual, but if a style smells like chemicals is due to the fact that no water is used in the finishing, so laser, ozone, etc. treatments don't wash out the smell from the dyestuff. That smell is easy to get rid of, our customer care team can provide great tips on this😉 Regarding the stained garments, that is not usual to happen since all the returns go through a rigorous quality inspection to make sure the items are not stained or defective in any way, we're sorry this happened with you. What concerns the sizing, we have a powerful sizing tool and now a size guide as well, and in case you still any question, just drop us a message!
We're very sorry about your unfortunate experience, but it's been 6 months, and we can guarantee that we've been through a long journey through research on sustainability and quality and overall improvement, check on us once again👀

Great Jeans and even better Customer Care
It was my first time ordering from nu-in and I got the size wrong the first time but I could return them easily and get the right size (huge thanks to Johanna from customer care who was extremely nice and helpful even though I made a mistake during the return process and made sure I got my refund as soon as possible). I am very happy with my new Jeans: they fit nicely and the quality is also very good. I love that there is a shop that offers affordable sustainable options - will definitely order again!

I've found my new favourite brand
Incredibly impressed by nu-in so far! I had never heard about it before and were slightly nervous before placing my order last Wednesday around lunch. I have been looking for quality lounge wear and I'm a huge sustainability supporter, so I decided to give it a go since I really liked the style of the clothes as well! Delivery arrived already on Friday - much faster than expected (especially since I'm in the UK!). The quality of the clothes is amazing, well-made clothes that fall beautifully when worn. I decided to keep every single item I bought! I think I've found a new favourite brand.
My only wish is that nu-in would clearly mark which items that match in colour. I went for lots of beige ones thinking that these would match (it's hard to see on the pictures) but all of them were slightly different in colour. Not a massive problem but it would be super useful to know which ones that have the same beige in case the customer wants a matching set.

Amazing jeans
I bought my first pair of jeans from Nu-in recently, after looking for a long time for sustainable denim. They're fully recycled and the best-made pair of jeans I've bought in a long time. Fit was spot on and true to description, and I love how high-quality the fabric is.

Great quality and service, but not real high waist
Nu-ins costumer service is really good and their concept is really great which I want to support. I bought a pair of “high waist” skinny jeans last summer and they fit good and tight and I love that they’re actual denim! But they’re not actual high waist. And they also expand like crazy after a few weeks. Anyway I thought I’d try getting them in light blue because they had exactly the color I want and the length fits Short little me! But after ordering in 28 and 29, I must say that they are in now way high waisted either size. The camel toe from just trying to get them above my belly button.. So conclusion - great brand, great quality, but if you have a higher waist, they’re not for you.

Regarding your jeans not feeling high waist, please note that there are not two bodies exactly the same. Seat height is very individual, so two girls same size might feel that the same jeans feel too high or too low, and our high is pretty average, as they're not super high 👖
