I am trying to return

I am trying to return. No answer on the phone or email support. Updated January 21, 2026: this response is nonsense. Anyone can try to call the number and see that no one will pick up and it’s two weeks after I’ve asked for a return, which is exactly the window of time that you have to return something. Still no email. This company is a scam.

Bueatiful, but date too small

It’s beautiful, but the date is so small it’s difficult to see. Unfortunately for me it is difficult to open the band and didn’t come with instructions. I will be returning my watch because I want to be able to see the date well and be 100% satisfied to keep it.

I actually don’t even give them 1 star. They never even sent me a watch just a box full of random wires and connectors. Nothing to do with a watch. I believe this company is a scam. I will attach picture of what they sent. Going to try and dispute with credit card company as this company is fraudulent. As of today January 22 Nuamore has sent me my watch I ordered and so far seems to be very nice.

One win, one epic fail

Ordered two watches. The first arrived quickly. It looks nice, though the metal is a little sharp (edges of the wrist band). I’m wearing it and enjoying it. The second one was two-toned and on back order, which was fine. But when it arrived, the gold color was so faint the watch actuallly looked silver. I did not wear it or remove any protective layers of packaging and asked for a refund. I was offered a 25% refund. For an unworn and perfectly resellable watch that didn’t look like the advertised product.

Potential scammers

Placed my order in Nov with the intention of having it as a Christmas gift. Have had nothing yet.
Reached out to the company around the first week of dec but was told due to demand my order would be fulfilled in dec 27th stock which in itself was not great. Then reaches out in 3rd Jan as I had not received any updates and been told will now be on the 23rd jan stock.
I ordered 2 watches I would have expected to receive atleast one if it was truly about stock.
Beware potential scammers, might have had a few pieces ready to gain traction pre Christmas

Expensive watch for what I ordered

After I placed the order online on November 27, 2025, for what I thought was for 2 watches and free shipping, I didn’t receive a confirmation and did not hear from anyone until I noticed the charge on my credit card on December 1, 2025 for hundreds of dollars. I felt a little uncomfortable as the charge was a lot more than what was expressed online, I believe there was a discount of 30% off and the credit charge settled through a company in Hong Kong. I checked the details of the charge and confirmed it was for 1 watch not 2, that made me even more uneasy as it is a lot of money to pay for one watch! I noticed the additional fee’s…shipping which was supposed to be free and a charge for a toolkit. I tried to get the order cancelled but, without any contact information on company, I was out of luck. I kept reviewing my emails for any communication or confirmation of order from a company and was out of luck. I decided to be a little more patient and wait. I was hoping the watch would arrive before Christmas and when it didn’t, I was very disappointed. I had to replace it with another gift and was out more funds. A few days after Christmas, I received an email from this company advising that the watch had been shipped and I should be patient a little while longer while it is making its way. Today, Saturday December 3, 2026, the watch arrived. As for the money spent and time waiting, I truly believe I could have gotten better elsewhere.

Over due delivery .

Ordered watch in November ,was given a delivery option for 27th December ordered this as didn’t want to take a expensive watch on a trip ,it is now a week later still not received ,so not here to take away .

Misleading

Found this company online while searching for a watch for my daughter's birthday. Was just about to purchase when 2 things happened, 1. Despite when adding my chosen watch to basket it said your order qualifies for free shipping.. then when I go to pay it adds 35€ shipping charge.....steep!
2. A watch adjustment toolkit automatically kept adding to my basket.

Website and items on website looked great but shipping charges & hidden extras creeping into basket put me off.

Regarding shipping, we do offer free shipping, however in some cases certain locations are classified as remote by carriers, which can trigger an additional charge at checkout. As for the watch adjustment toolkit, it is completely optional and can be removed from the cart at any time. We include it as a recommendation because many customers prefer to adjust the bracelet themselves, especially when purchasing a gift, rather than visiting a watch shop where adjustments often cost more than the toolkit itself.
