Horrible customer service
I placed my order for a watch 11/16/2025 for watch that was in stock. I received a notice that my watch shipped on 1/18/2025. Today is 12/12/2025 and still have yet to receive my watch. The watch reach Chicago on 11/24/2025 and they made it to St Paul on 11/29/2025. It has yet to make to my home only miles away. I contacted customer service 3 times. The first they stated back to me what I said and never answered my questions. The second time they stated it was my responsibility to call the shipping company and ask for a status. Once I it did that, the shipping company said the package was lost and to request a refund. My third request I requested a refund and they said they could send me a replacement. I do not want a replacement, I want a refund. Since I have requested a refund, they have NOT RESPONDED. What a Horrible company to work with. No real answers and no real action to resolve their shipping issue.

great products & helpful support
Bought the Oceana watch for a girls beach trip and have gotten so many compliments on it that I had to scoop up earrings from the Cyber Monday sale. I made a mistake with the promo code but luckily support was very helpful in making the fix. Love that the products are waterproof and so happy with the customer service. Will be back for more pieces soon!

Love this watch. I have two of them. Wear them every day and they are gorgeous! It comes with a tool to take out links, but I brought them to a jeweler to make sure I didn’t damage the watch. Stunning piece!

I love the watch but it is very very small (less that 6 inches), I usually don’t have a problem with wrist band sizes, usually 7 in When asked to return, they said 25% refund or 50% store credit! What!!!!! I just want the watch. I bought the tool to size it and there isn’t even anyway to size it.

Absolutely the best customer service, I had questions I would send and email I didn’t wait hours or days for a reply, within minutes I had a reply, this is what customer service is all about , looking after your customers, I was so excited when my watch arrived, I set the time and date then had to remove links ( that was challenging but I did it) I then sent an email letting customer service know pleased I was , I believe it was Angelica that replied to my email , sweet girl ! Wished there was a company like this in Canada wouid love to work for an outstanding company like this one

the box was open and all the packaging…
the box was open and all the packaging ripped. the watch was suppose to come with a tool in which to fix the band. It was not included. the instructions were also ripped and appeared to have gotten wet and therefore unreadable. No idea what happened but it was not a great presentation.
