Even one star is too much! Never order from this company, as they are big scammers!
I ordered some boots that never arrived, and they keep pretending they will send them…
In the end, they send a fake Chinese product. The boots can not be used even for Carnival😂
The return is of course to China… if I want to spend additional money

I would give zero star to this website. fake chinese product with incomplete accessories.

No proper customer service.

This is fake Chinese website posed and nl.
Do not but anything from here unless you want to waste your money.

Zero stars. This is absolutely a chinese scam website. They pose as a european website as shipping within EU is 'free' but returns are impossible due to chinese customs. I waited one month on a coat that i needed for a party. Now i finally received it after i think 6 complain emails. They refused to cancel my order.

I have been waiting for my order for almost 2 weeks! Every now and then you send that it has been sent only to write a few days later that it is being packed! You are frauds. I am reporting your site to the appropriate authorities!

I was scammed by this Chinese company that poses like they are from Amsterdam. Returns were very hard (needed to unpack 15 things, make pictures etc). Now they say I was too late to return it. Even though I returned the products as soon as I recieved them (way too late)

I saw the website that clearly looked European based (I was stupid not to check this or the returns policy), but want to warn others.

I ordered a skirt and the quality compared to the pictures was so low. I asked to return it and the solution proposed was to buy something else with a discount and keep both - together with a guilt trip in that message towards me about sending returns being bad for the environment. Even though I had stated that the return was about poor quality, their first reaction was to get me to spend more.

I asked for a returns label to which they stated they don't do them. They state they do on their website in their policy. I took a screen grab of this and sent to their customer service.

Checking the return postage to China, it's almost not worth me returning from a cost perspective. I will take the hit, the lesson and give the skirt to charity.

The customer services had been responding quite quickly until I challenged the situation as being deliberating misleading for customers and being disappointed in both the quality and my experience. Then the responses stopped coming.

Writing this to help others not fall for what I did. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I don't recommend it, this site is a big mistake!
