Unfortunately, four of the 11 discs shipped had broken cases. The discs should have been shipped in a hard case. It's likely that the package was crushed during shipping because something heavy was pressed against it, crushing the disc packaging.

Order shipped and delivered flawlessly!

Once again, total order has not been fulfilled. Between the Nuclear Blast website and Impericon, I have ordered the same item on three separate occasions and then it not be sent as it's not in stock in spite the item related shown as in stock on the website.

It has been refunded, but the issue is I build larger orders to keep postage to the UK feasible (£11.99), so when items aren't sent the postage becomes less feasible.

When I've written to customer services, I've either not had a reply (two occasions), or the reply isn't really satisfactory.

Items arrive okay, and in a reasonable time (10 to 14 days or so), but if I see an item in stock I expect to get it, or have the opportunity to amend or cancel the order none of which have been made possible.

Once ever now and then I can understand and forgive, but this is a repeated issue with the same item.

It's very irritating.

I ordered some patches from your shop, I liked very much some of them, but some other patches (which I don't buy) look very low quality and awful, overall I'm very pleased with my order and the shopping experience, the only downside for me is the shipping price, which is excessively expensive compared to other shops, in my case it was 50% of the cost of my order, this makes me thing twice before I placed my next order, hope you can improve this situation.

I recently ordered three T-shirts from Nuclear Blast.

Regarding the packaging, I am not fully satisfied. Two of the T-shirts were individually packed in separate plastic bags, while the third one was placed loosely inside the main parcel without any individual wrapping. I do not understand the inconsistency, and in my opinion, all items should be packed in the same careful manner.

At this stage, I have not worn the T-shirts yet, so I cannot comment on the quality or fit.

As for the delivery, there were issues with DHL. I stayed at home for two full days waiting for the courier, but no one rang the doorbell and no delivery attempt notification was left. I eventually had to collect the parcel from the post office. However, I understand that this part is related to the shipping company rather than Nuclear Blast.
