I really like to order with Nuklear Blast because its Fast and Professional

Ordered a Dark throne hoody and t-shirt from nuclear blast website,great service,was dispatched the next day and I had the items in less than a week, Delighted with them.will be ordering again from here.would highly recommend.

I placed an order about 12 days ago.
I paid for the priority handling.
They say they sent the order.
The carrier says they have received nothing from them.
I email them, they ignore me.

Honestly, I feel completely scammed.

Expected way more from Nuclear Blast Records.

Ordered 2 vinyls in June. It's November and still have not received them. What's worse is that no one is at the customer service desk answering any attempt at communication. No email back at several different email addresses, no answer on instagram, facebook... At this point I'm just going to publicly shame their customer service. If there is such a thing.

I ordered a T-shirt on the 10th of September. I have no tracking information. All of the tickets raised and messages I have sent to them have been completely ignored. It’s now been nearly two months and they refuse to respond.
If I could give them zero stars I would, they behave like thieves.

I made order on 8 October and it took 13 days to be shipped, in addition part of the order was cancelled
You should not list/accept orders for non-available items
The listed items in your website are not clear if they are available or not, the cancelled part of my order is still listed in your website that it is available, so why it was cancelled

Very disappointing experience.

My vinyl order was just packed in a box without any protection, and it arrived completely damaged. I tried to contact customer support, but nobody replies. The only way to reach them is through an online form, and never got an answer. This was my first and definitely my last order from this website.

Nothing has arrived yet, so I can't give an assessment.

Fast reliable and usually competitive pricing.

I got the pre order for the New Sabaton vinyl (legends).
The covering was damaged (not from transport).
The vinyl was heavily stocked in the covering.
The direct covering from the vinyl was lightly torn.

My purchase on the day stated, my items first class, your service is great 👍

pre-ordered a special edition lp back in september, and it shipped just over a week ago, only for me to get a refund notification five days later. emailed in to ask what had happened, they said it had been returned and a refund processed. no contact was attempted during that time to fix any possible shipping issues if they ever existed, nor was any attempt made to resend what i paid for before asking if i wanted a refund instead. i'm very understanding if shipping to my country isn't possible, but this just feels like the shipping company just didn't want to ship to me on a whim, given i have had no explanation as to why my package was returned. this was my first time ordering from them, and if this is how they're gonna be, i'm never ordering from them again. especially since i got the 'please leave us a review' email just now and well. i'm not impressed at all.
