NUCO reps

Honestly thought my trip would be a disaster losing my passport on the first day but if cass and nell weren’t so helpful it would’ve turned out that way. The nuco reps on my floor were outstanding in being helpful and raising my spirits cannot thank them enough for saving my trip!

The NUCO reps were amazing

The NUCO reps were amazing, specifically Heidi and Jenson for the trip to Tignes, Easter 2026. They really made the whole experience fantastic and any problems we had were solved by them as soon as possible. The only downside was the early coach pick-up home but this wasn’t a huge problem when the rest of the week had been made such fun! Heidi and Jenson absolutely deserve 100% recognition for being wonderful people

We also appreciate your feedback on the early coach pick-up home. The departure times of our coaches are determined based on a number of factors, which sometimes means that concessions have to be made so that a timely return to the UK can take place. That being said, we’re glad it didn’t take away from what sounds like an amazing week overall.

Just a lack of knowledge from the reps

Just a lack of knowledge from the reps, no one had the right door codes which meant we didn’t get into our rooms until 4am!! The AI helpline bit was not good enough when we were stuck in passport security with the only answer offering us a phone number which wasn’t in service after 6pm mind we landed at 8pm

Not knowledgeable enough

No codes for the doors when we arrived stuck outside at 3am in the Cold, not knowledgeable enough, lifts closing early and then now having the knowledge of where to go not organising people. Coach transfer leaving tinges couldn’t communicate with coach driver - multiple coaches Turning up, couldn’t get through to Emergancy number when stuck in passport control, AI bot to talk to.

amazing!

NUCO was great at La Plagne, and our rep Chloe was SO nice! she was so bubbly and brought so much fun to our room when she would visit. she kept us in the loop with useful info, and her dj set was so cool!

Amazing week

Amazing week didn’t get a good instructor on the first day but my uni staff informed NUNCO & this was sorted so quickly, also very understanding with my ADHD & autism

Avoriaz easier ski trip

Had the best week in Avoriaz with NUCO and Trent snowsports coach journey was smooth even though a long journey from Nottingham on the way to avoriaz being delayed and stopping at Portsmouth so that would be my only suggestion on feedback is to maybe pick up a different uni on the way down to Dover that’s closer or get on the ferry from Portsmouth to France to make the journey more easier and less longer but it’s been an incredible week regardless the NUCO reps have been so helpful with anything needed throughout the week especially James and Jasmine. It’s been my first uni ski trip and I would recommend this to anyone it’s such an amazing experience so thank you for an incredible week!

Great experience overall over many years

Great experience overall! I’ve used NUCO multiple times over the years and it’s great to see the trip experience is still of high quality.

The one major issue we had was the Saturday return from resort to the airport. It took 6 hours and half the bus missed their flight. I felt the NUCO reps on the bus could have been more forthcoming with help during this experience.

​I recently went on a ski trip with NUCO, and I cannot recommend them enough. The team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire journey.
​A special thanks goes to Bartek, who was exceptionally patient and friendly. I actually arrived a day early, and he went above and beyond to provide me with all the guidance and tips I needed to get settled. His constant support really made a difference in my experience.

First ski trip but definitely not the last

Seeing as this was technically my first time travelling by myself as before I had only travelled with friends or family the nuco team made the overall experience seamless, from booking ski equipment and lessons to travel I found them sorting it out and helping me through the selection process really helped. The reps were professional when we needed them to be but didn’t make us feel separated or like they were above us in any way, on nights out they were just like any other friend we met, hanging out with us and joining in on the fun and events while also helping us to connect with others and get to all the events and back to our apartments safe and happy with our experience. Overall I couldn’t recommend nuco more, they genuinely gave me and experience I don’t think I would have been able to have without them and I really do thank all staff and reps for it.

Great skiing, but poor organisation and transfer experience

I had a really lovely trip overall and thoroughly enjoyed the ski resort itself. The location was great, and the skiing experience did not disappoint. However, I was quite surprised by the lack of interaction from the NUCO reps. There was very little effort made to create any form of entertainment or provide useful resort information or recommendations, which I would normally expect from a company like this. It seemed that many of the reps were new to the resort and unable to offer much guidance.

The accommodation was also quite basic considering the overall package price, which felt a bit disappointing.

Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the return transfer to Geneva airport. NUCO were aware of our flight times months in advance (as we had booked according to their recommendations), and they also knew that adverse weather conditions were forecast. Despite this, they only adjusted the transfer time for part of the group travelling to Lyon airport, ensuring they made their flights, while no changes were made for those of us travelling to Geneva.

As a result, we experienced significant delays. There was very poor communication from the NUCO reps on the bus, and we were left for hours without bathroom access or comfort breaks. The delay meant that I missed my original flight home and had to rebook at a hugely inflated price. At least 15 people in my group were affected in the same way, which makes it clear this situation could and should have been avoided with better planning and communication.

Overall, a great ski trip, but let down by organisation and especially the transfer management.

The trip was amazing

The trip was amazing, and the NUCO reps Ollie, Tom and Millie were such a big part of that. They remained professional and ensured everyone was safe and having a good time while being kind and friendly, they made sure that as a committee we were seen and heard on our requests. Couldn’t have asked for better NUCO reps will be back next year

Had the best holiday imaginable and genuinely so much of that was down to the NUCO reps, Ollie, Millie and Tom. They were so helpful and kind and also so much fun while remaining professional and safe. Genuinely some of the nicest people and so good at their jobs in every way I really hope to see them again next year because well definitely be back

Best Reps ever!

Really well organised trip, plans were always made clear by the reps. Scotty the medic did a great job at keeping everyone safe the entire trip. The reps Millie, Ollie and Tom were amazing and made sure we all had a blast while ensuring everyone’s safety. Brilliant trip all in all, my favourite holiday in a while. Thanks again NUCO!
