Great product, and when support was needed, accurate and fast advice.

Product works as described and being modular you can pick and choose what elements you need, and adjust pricing accordingly. Very impressed.

You know what? I'm not a business. I don't quite understand all the technical jargon. I wasn't quite 100% sure what I was doing. Long story, I just wanted my long standing landline number on my mobile so I wouldn't lose it when I switched Internet Provider. I narrowed my search to a few providers mainly based on price, but then rooted around their website to figure out the finer points. This company won hands down!

YES the process isn't subscription dependant. YES the website keeps it nice clear and simple. YES they allow number porting in. YES they let you trial it first with a throwaway number. YES they let you pick the bits of a service you want rather than making you pay for everything possible.

There came a small question I wasn't sure about so called up, and not being a business user I didn't know if they'd have time for little old me. No problem whatsoever!! Got through to someone first time who knew EXACTLY what I needed to know. Came off the phone and signed up online immediately.

The number porting process was easy and everything went really smoothly. I got emails confirming the service starting up, explaining everything, and how the port would work.

I really got the feeling I was dealing with a small, very dedicated, professional company where all the staff know it inside out back to front. All emails were from a real human rather than being awash with formally written corporate sales pitch hogwash. I was promised someone would check in with me after the port was complete, and they actually did!

Full marks all round - if all companies worked like this then Britain would be the centre of the Universe.

I was not happy with other services i have used over the years. But when i got this recommendation from a family friend. I tried it but didn't pay(top up) to see if i can use it or dump there services.

I was amazed at the follow up and services also works with WhatsApp that was a done deal for me.

Wow what a amazing company. For anyone looking to have a business phone number i really could not recommend Number People enough.

I think what is great to highlight here is the fantastic customer service, which is very hard to come by now.

Ported our home phone to number people as we have moved to full fibre and didn't want to pay line rental on a useless copper cable! Very quick and easy. Great Comms throughout. 😊

So far, an easy service to use. I can manage calls with VOIP or forward to my US Google Voice number. This is great to maintain a permanent number which my family can use as we travel back and forth.

I need a new Business Landline quickly. Searched Google and these guys came up. Easy to set up, easy to top up and when my line had not activated straight away the chat help desk was great. Good to chat to real people not Robots from another world.

Seems to work really well except when spammers smash us with millions of calls.

I was about to lose my landline because broadband is going full fibre in my area. Numberpeople helped me rescue my landline number and port it to their SIP-service which means I can now answer my landline number on an app on my mobile. Really great service as well at a very fair price.

Pretty easy to set up. I am still in a so-called trial period but it looks brilliant so far. I did quite a bit of research before getting onto the bandwagon. And to be honest Numberpeople stand out! My Grandstream Wifi phone is on its way right now from the US.
