Had quality issue with a product, told the Sales Team, and they dealt with it immediately and professionally. It would be nice to see 'many other' companies conduct their business in the same professional manner as Nuova Health.

Avoid. Ordered some wrist supports 7 days ago. Website states most orders sent same day. I’m still waiting for the products to be sent. I’ve tried phoning - no answer. Sent two emails, no replies. So now I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank. Avoid this supposed business at all costs.

I bought & returned a metatarsal bar from/to Nuovahealth. The item is silicone & once heated by the foot slips to the foot arch where it doesn't provide any support, as intended, to the underneath of the metatarsal heads. On return of this item, the company refunded the item & delivery postage costs. I, as the buyer however, was responsible for the cost of return postage. Fair enough if this was an item I no longer wanted. Here, I returned a product which was not fit for purpose. The seller should pay for return postage in this case, they have not responded to my email queries about this issue.

This site has a wide variety of products. I managed to find an insole to help with an unusual foot issue that I have.
Delivery was fast. Customer service team was very responsive and they remedied a problem I had with the order promptly.

Had to exchange the orthotics for a bigger size and nothing was too much trouble for the team they messaged me when they received my first pair back and promptly sent me a larger pair. Communication was first class thanks Nuova health

Im so happy I found this place. I've ordered loads of knee braces and had to send them all back (I have chunky legs). This one fits and it's so comfy to wear. Order on Sunday and came Tuesday. I cant fault these at all and if I need anything I'll be ordering again.

Very good service from this company. Ordered a strap/leg band (for my groin strain) on the 2nd Feb. they despatched it on the 3rd. & i received it today the 4th. curtesy of Royal Mail. It doesn't get much better than that. Will def. use Nuova Health again.

You worry about a company's trustworthiness and products when they don't publish negative reviews (I gave them 2 stars). The Reynaud's gloves didn't work for me. I know they're good for some, but not for me - I still got really cold finger tips despite a good fit. And the returns policy is misleading: "We are so confident that you will just love our product that we offer a full 30 day money back guarantee", but then says "All that we ask is that the item is in the original packaging and unused". How do you know you love it if you can't try it?! And as I say, a distorted customer rating by only publishing positive reviews :(

Very helpful 'socks' for blue around my ankles, thread veins and discomfort. Also seems to help with veins higher up calf. Good customer service.

Nuova Health's arch support insoles for plantar fasciitis and flat feet are working very well for me. I put my first pair into my walking shoes (after removing the original insoles) as I over-pronate a lot. I do have normal arches in my feet but without these special insoles, my arches flatten so much when I walk/run, that I often had problems with pain in the ball of my foot below the big toe and second toe, probably because this flattening was putting extra strain on the toes. However, since I've been using these insoles for my many miles of walking, I've noticed that I no longer get pain in my feet or shin splints, and also aesthetically speaking, I look better and my ankles more upright! Hopefully I've now found a cure for my pronation problems! I've just received my second pair of these insoles for my trail running shoes, and again they are working out very well for me. My feet quickly got used to feeling the support under the arch and feel comfortable. I use medium thick socks for both my walking shoes and running shoes. I now intend to continue to use these insoles for all my future shoes. I really need them. I also recommend Nuova Health as they promptly replied to my general enquiry emails and I received my insoles within only a few days of ordering them on-line. Thank you!

I ordered some insoles in the knowledge that the website says: ''in the event that the product does not meet your expectations then simply send it back within 30 days of purchase and we will send you a full refund''.
However it transpires that you cannot use the product to find out if it meets your expectations. So, as the insoles could not be worn without cutting some off the edges (it would not fit in the shoe - they are very wide - but was the correct length/ sizing), I am not able to return them. There was no other way to test them out. The result was that they are very uncomfortable despite cutting to shape. Also when cut, the mesh leaves sharp edges that would tear socks/ stockings. (Arch Support Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis & Flat Feet). Also, bear in mind that even if you don't try them out, you can't return them without losing the postage fee both ways, so it is hardly worth returning them under those circumstances. So I am sad I lost out, and would not order again. Also customer service is slow and impersonal - I found it unsatisfactory overall.

My doctor recommended elbow-splint for my pain and after much research decided to order from NuovaHealth. In rush to get this before Xmas rush, I’d accidentally mistyped the postcode on order and the parcel went to wrong address. The customer service team were very helpful in trying to locate the missing parcel. I accepted it was my mistake, however team were kind enough to send another as token of goodwill, for which I’m truly grateful. The product is great and I’ll definitely recommend to everyone .

The original delivery went missing, but the company responded very quickly and replaced without cost to me.

Bought a wrist splint recommended by my physio for wrist tendonitis. Item arrived in good time. However within a week one of the Velcro straps had failed. Asked for a replacement. Contact by email was slow. Tried to ring the number advertised, phone rang out. I’m in pain and need the support. Not happy!

On using my new knee braces which do an excellent job. I found one of the pivot screws had dropped out. On approaching the company they sent out a second pair as replacement. Excellent service good product would definitely recommend them wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again

For the first time in years I've finally found a pair of gloves that actually stop my hands freezing over due to having raynards. I ordered 2 pairs & used both as my raynards is quite advanced & they really made a huge difference. I would throughly recommend these!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for my order which arrived so quickly. I am suffering from severe chilblains after standing for hours outdoors doing Covid clinics , the fingerless compression gloves

I ordered some compression gloves to help my painful hands. When they arrived they were too big, although the smallest size. I contacted the company to arrange returning them, they offered me an alternative glove which also gave the measurements the of the hands. These arrived and are perfect, I was very pleased with the product and the service I received.
