I have ordered 3 items on the 9th i did not receive my items after 11 days and the number they provide for customer service they not picking up ! They emailed 1 time to let me know it was sent via 1st class ! So where is my item ????

Fantastic value and info prior to order and great quality product.
Crushed and fractured a bone in between my thumb base holds my hand together great allowing to repair prior to surgery. Very pleased

I have been struggling with a chronic left shoulder and arm pain all through 2020, which only responded briefly to pain relief spray, Ibuprofen gel and Ibuprofen tablets giving only 4 hours of ease from serious discomfort. Not wanting to risk attending the GP surgery because of Covid, I did not seek medical assistance but instead checked symptoms online, finding Bursitis and Rotator Cuff being the likely culprit. In desperation after suffering continual pain for months with no sign of it getting better on its own, I looked further online and found Nuova Health advertising a shoulder harness for that very condition, very reasonably priced and they promised a first class postage return. I immediately purchased the item and it arrived the next day. A very sturdy but lightweight and comfortable harness, very easy to adjust and fit, and to my absolute delight and relief, the pain I had been suffering for months instantly disappeared. Prior to having this harness, it felt as though my arm weight could not be supported by my shoulder and top of my arm muscles adequately and any slight movement gave me serious aching pains in my shoulder and down my left arm all the way to my thumb nail. At times it was agony, and very debilitating. Since wearing the harness, I have not had to take any pain relief, yet the pain has completely disappeared. My sincere thanks to Nuova Health for an extremely rapid and first rate service. I am now pain free and the harness gives me confidence to move my arm without suffering a painful reaction.
