Place order for leaf blower but it never arrived. Could not contact by phone or email, as they did not respond.
It’s a ripoff site.
Credit card company dealing with matter to try & get money back.

Ordered a £40'ish camping trolley. Emails not answered and fake UPS#. Scum of the earth mouthbreathers stealing from good people. Bank refunded our money and hoping karma will swiftly run her course.

Unfortunately, see below. They seem to have got away with it for a while.

Worthless vile scum just taking people’s money and not providing the goods. I’m so upset by my experience with them. Never received what I paid for. Karma will get them. Go to hell Nurdbuild.

Like many other people I have ordered from this website on 26/09 and am still yet to receive my goods. No response to emails sent and the contact number is now switched off. I have now had to request my bank get the money back for me as I have no doubt I will not see the goods I have paid for. Website is now down so you can not even access/track your orders. Absolutely disgusted at this experience

Like many others who have reviewed this scamming scum bag, I too have been ripped off. Ordered goods and paid, received a confirmation email and what turned out to be a false UPS tracking number. But no goods ever arrived.
Please note though, I did get my money back via my bank, using their chargeback policy. Rang Halifax fraud team and they refunded my money straight away.

Ordered here to save myself 20quid.
Took an age to get a delivery email
Included on mail is a ups link with order number which is invalid.
Item never turned up.
No response to mails.
Month later, having to but item from amazon to get it tomorrow.
Must just be a scam company, glad I only spent 40 quid, but costing me 100 now.

Ordered battery drill, order confirmed, nothing heard since.
It seems impossible to get hold of them. I suspect that I have wasted my money to someone who cannot be bothered to work for a living, but preys on those who do!

HISTORY REPEATING ITSELF.I placed an order for a bosch drill 2 weeks ago and was advised order was being prepared for delivery.Guess what ....never received nor email answered.would not touch this company with a barge pole

I do not think Nurdbuild (or Nurdbuilt) is a genuine company.
I purchased a Bosch cordless drill/driver and paid by credit card. I immediately received confirmation of payment and given an order number, and advised that they would email me again when the item was sent. That was two weeks ago and no contact.
I have emailed them three times and tried to call them on the mobile number they provided, but received no response.
In my opinion, this is a fake company that has set up a website to display goods they do not have. They take customers payments but do not send the goods.

Avoid at all costs

I bought a hoover from here 2 weeks ago and never received it! Please don’t buy from here, this is not a legit site… robbing money from people!

Bought an item 3 weeks ago and no delivery, not holding out for a refund or goods, Bank informed who will attempt chargeback. 

This "company" do not honour orders as we can see from reviews below, mobile number listed as contact number for their "call centre" is switched off or rings without answer, 500 branches for click and collect stated for a company in existence since August (check companies house) this year red flags.

Conflicting information regarding policy stating laws of France, California and elsewhere for a company claiming to be UK based other red flags include using paragraphs for which was probably another of their Scam sites bestgardencouk which is stated in terms of service.

This is a scam which is being supported by shopify platform who allow them to continue to fleece unsuspecting customers.

The company address looks like a residential property, Frank Murray the fraudulent name that answers emails (when they can be bothered) in an unprofessional manner peddling lies of fake UPS numbers that can't be tracked on the UPS webpage or when you call UPS, goods shipped from Germany nonesense to delay. STAY AWAY.

Google are supporting the scam by allowing the continued listings when searching for best prices for various items listing this Scam website, Banks who are processing the payments and then being repeatedly asked for charge back are also guilty for not freezing accounts. 

 UK goverment are oblivious to how easy it is for fake scams to be set up costing millions each year.

Report this website to your Bank if you have made a recent purchase, Action Fraud, local MP, shopify and trading standards.

Leave a report on trust pilot for shopify reporting your dissatisfaction of them not vetting or checking the conduct and behaviour of those who use their platform to effectively commit theft.  

BBC reported in December 2020 shopify is riddled with fakes and fraudsters, other forums stating no report a fraudulent site function seems like this company is happy to take its fee and look the other way.

My lessons always read reviews, take time to navigate and check site more thoroughly if independent, if it's too good to be true avoid don't expect big names like Google, shopify or banks to be vetting or monitoring suspicious behaviour, buy with a credit card or PayPal for further protection from such vile individuals who have zero shame or character.

Nurdbuilt scam. The pressure washer I bought(never received)seemed a bargain.But I should have thought.If it seems too good to be true it probably is.

Junk company, fake company. I bought a Dewalt Drill 2 weeks ago, I didn't receive anything, they don't answer by E-mail or phone …

This Company is a complete scammer… It was formed as a Ltd Company on 17 August 2021. The sole Director is IVANOVS, Sergejs. They are listed with Companies House as- a Market research and public opinion polling Company.
They claim to have over 500 branches Nationwide which again is untrue.

The address shown on their website is correct. The telephone number for the Company is a mobile number which is ALWAYS turned off.

I am presently going through the banking process to get a Refund for an item I ordered and paid for which they HAVE NOT SUPPLIED ….

Do not buy from this robbing company I would love to meet frank Murray face to face one day won’t let me write a proper review what I really want to say
