Scam site. Took payment for a Bosch cordless drill. Confirmation email sent. No goods after three weeks.
Do not use.

Everything that is written below is true. I guess this lot make their money by people giving up trying to get their money back. But my credit card company have refunded me, but I guess they have lost out.
Lesson, read Trustpilot first.

Ordered a Ryobi drill from Nurdbuild Same problem as others on this site. Received bogus tracking number for delivery. No response from Nurdbuild when emailed re non delivery and the customer contact number is a mobile number that cuts off after a few rings. Is there a way this site can be shut down so others are not scammed in this way

Same thing happened to me.

Avoid like the plague.

I ordered a Dewalt dust extractor. I had an email saying the product was on route with a tracking number which doesn’t work. I queried this, had a quick response saying when it would be delivered. It wasn’t. Total scam as far as I’m concerned. Now the hassle of trying to get my money back.

Nurdbuild took my payment for a mikita drill did not send it. Didn't not answered my emails. Did not return my money.
SCAMERS BEAWARE. DO NOT USE.
Comes up on Google search with a "Google discount code" RIP OFF.
ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.
Contact trading standards and report asap.

Looks to be a scam site. I ordered a leaf vacuum. Received text saying order received them a further text with fake tracking number. I tried calling but no answer. No response to emails. Seeking help from bank.

After trading on the internet for many years, I ordered a drill from this company it did not arrive I Emailed them and got no reply. so please BEWARE as i think I have been Scammed by this Company.

Same thing has happened to me the website looked so genuine I didn’t check further.
Their pattern of trading seems similar to everyone else’s experience.
With no goods arriving & false tracking numbers given.
Why are they still allowed to scam people?
Please avoid this company.

Nice polite communications to start with, now nearly a month down the line and I have had the “stock in Germany” story like that reported on here previously. Now no replies to emails so I can only assume I’ve been scammed too? Now about to start the report to the police and claim back from credit card provider.

Purchased a Grout Steam Cleaner, never received it, chased up by email, they said I would be receiving it in a few days and no it never arrived. Do not use!!!!!!

SCAM.

Purchased a karcher pressure washer. Contacted them after two weeks and was told there stock is held in Germany and the tracking number would become active once it entered the UK. I'm now onto week four.

Already informed my bank, made a claim and roperted them to the police.

Nurdbuild, the trading name of Sergio Trade Limited, is a complete scam. Order is confirmed, but stock is not held in the UK, but in Germany, allegedly, Once the order is ready for dispatching, an email is received with a tracking number that is not valid. Quoted delivery dates are not honored and emails and calls to the mobile phone listed are not answered. I wished I had known of other reviews posted by disappointed customers before I made my purchase.

Scam .waited over a month still no product .
Ups tracking number is fake .

bought something last week, recieved one email and a fake tracking number! COMPLETE scam. no item, lost over £100 and only hope my bank will refund. absolutely disgusting that this can happen and be advertised on Google.

Wish I'd read the other reviews on here first. Ordered a lawnmower, no sign of it. Mobile number supplied just rings out and they don't answer emails. They say they are based in Glasgow but when I checked the address on Google maps, it's just a bungalow. Complete scam!
It's disgusting that they can just set these so-called companies up and trade online without any sort of checks. Fuming...!

It is a scam. Do not buy from here. Bought makita drill two weeks later still hadn’t arrived. No one is answering the phone. Just gave fake tracking number which doesn’t work.
