Nurecover has the worst possible…

Nurecover has the worst possible Customer Service. Do not buy this product. They promised me they would help me return my sauna for a refund and haven’t returned my correspondence since. This company is a scam

Avoid This Company At All Costs

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I canceled my order same-day as order was placed by mistake. 18 days ago they said they forward to finance team to process refund … still no refund. In total, It’s been thirty seven days since my order and still no refund. God awful customer service. Seen tons of videos on this company’s product falling apart at the seams, literally. That paired with the customer service, this company won’t last long. Avoid at all costs.

No Sauna, No refund

They shipped my Sauna. It was stuck in Texas for a month, after repeated emails they agreed to send a new one. Then kept sending me the tracking for the one that's still in Texas. Still no Sauna and multiple attempts to get a refund.
Would give zero stars is i could

Best of Luck

I really wanted to like this product.

The cold plunge itself has been a valuable part of my wellness routine, which makes this review more frustrating to write. Unfortunately, my experience with both the product quality and customer support has been consistently disappointing.

Within a short time of owning the unit, I had to file a warranty claim for both the interior and exterior lids due to poor fitment that allowed debris into the plunge. That process took weeks to get a response and resolution. Even after replacement, the issue was not fully resolved.

Since then, I’ve dealt with persistent leaking from the drain spouts. This wasn’t a one-time issue—it required constant adjustment just to prevent dripping. I attempted basic fixes, including tightening and using PTFE tape, but the problem never went away.

What’s most concerning is how this was handled. When I reached out for support, I was told the unit is now outside of warranty, and no assistance could be offered—despite the fact that these issues began early and were ongoing.

At that point, it becomes less about “warranty timing” and more about standing behind your product.

If you get a unit without defects, you may have a great experience. But if you don’t, be aware that support may not meet the standard you’d expect for a product in this category.

I hope the company improves both its quality control and its willingness to support customers dealing with legitimate, documented issues.

Bait and switch

Bait and switch, you will NOT get what they show in the pictures...after a month of "we are changing warehouses", "back order" excuses and watching the tracking go from China to Canada to California then to me on the US East Coast, what arrived was about a 5ft tall easy bake oven tent probably worth about $150 with most of that being the heater (which does work well, just not sure for how long before burnout) and fabric. You get a tiny useless chair to sit in. The size itself doesn't bother me as it keeps the heat up quicker and tucks in the corner well....I just dont like being lied to. That being said if you look there are codes, I paid $250 shipped for it, dont pay more than that if you get it and dont plan on standing up in it.

Have the worst and slowest response…

Have the worst and slowest response time in human history. They can send spam emails but can’t respond to an email to save their life. Worst experience I have ever had buying something online. Sent me the wrong product and state thats what I ordered. I would give them a -10 out of ten review! Would not recommend them to anyone. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH NURECOVER!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Ordered sauna on Feb 19, 2026. It is not April 11, 2026 and still have NOT received it yet. I have also went back and forth with their customer “support” team. I was advised it was shipped from their overseas location, as if they have or use a non-overseas location, on March 19, 2026. Which I was the one to reach out to them because they sent me a nurture email stating - if you have not received yet, please email us. Well, I emailed and guess what?! They complained that I emailed them too many times, this was my second email by the way since it had been over a month already. THEN! March 25th, I finally got an email stating it was shipped.. lol. Best part about the shipping notification email was that the tracking number just said none, lol. Great job. So now, I’m done. Calling bank today to try and get a refund on, not so cheap, sauna I purchased over 2 months ago and still have not received.

Customer support is seriously lacking…

Customer support is seriously lacking and all they do is keep stalling only providing a generic canned response stating they are working on your issue. I requested my order be cancelled & fully refunded less than an hour after I placed my order and they acknowledged they received my email but made up excuses that they are looking into it and then did nothing. I’m now forced to refuse delivery & I already informed my credit card company about their shady practices so will let them get this resolved for me. If I could give negative stars I would!!! Worst experience ever!!!

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service. Ordered a produce over a month ago, and nothing has shipped. I have emailed them several times (that is the only way to get a hold of anyone, as there is no phone number), and all they say is "things are delayed." I am trying to cancel now and get my money back, but they are no longer responding.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They charged me for a chiller, sauna, and tub, and only sent me the chiller. After trying to reach them, I have heard nothing back. Stay away from nurecover.

Do not buy from them. Trust other reviews

Ordered more than 3 weeks ago. Still hasn’t shipped. FedEx label still says only “label created”. Customer service will eventually email you back after a couple of days but said cannot cancel the order because it’s shipped already.

BELIEVE other reviews and do not order.

I had to go thru the credit card company to do a charge back after the customer service said the only way for a refund is for me to “refuse” delivery

Poor support at best.

Ordered a sauna 3/21/26 and was supposed to be delivered on 3/28/26. Still hasn't even shipped as of 4/6/26. I guess I've been scammed. Going to try to get my money back. Support is just a Bot with a bullshit non-answer to everything. Do not buy from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are totally non-responsive and have no reliable answer as to why they continue to take orders they can't fill. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Buyer Beware!

I have written a review previously and they said they would make it right and promised a $20 credit since I had multiple failures with the red light and I bought the warranty.
It has been such a challenge to get a response and after having to request for a second time the red light to be replaced because it failed after 5 uses and the second one didn’t even work. Then this time around they sent me a BLUE LIGHT! I am so upset with them and the warranty is worthless because they take forever to respond. I have had the sauna since Jan and bought it for the red light therapy but have used it 5 times. It has not worked since Fed 2nd.

Does Not Deserve 1 Star

Does Not Deserve 1 Star - All the hallmarks of a SCAM. Ordered a sauna in Feb 6th
-no arrival
-a barrage of emails but no refund
-trying to send another sauna-I declined and am having to go through mastercard to process a chargeback.
-No refund received-they are stalling at every opportunity!!
Do not waste your money- as I said all the hallmarks of a SCAM. and emails from "ADAM" on a daily basis trying to sell yet another scam.
