I never opened my item and needed to return it. It took a month to get thrm to respond with consistent emails. They finally accepted my return and it took another couple weeks to get a label to send it back. I have now been waiting months to get my refund and the only response I have gotten is they will look into it. Their customer service is horrible and they are doing everything to avoid refunding the balance owed to me.

Horrible product, horrible customer service and false advertising. Heater doesn’t reach 185 like they say online, they include a card that explains why it doesn’t reach 185 but 158. Does it say it on the website? Of course not. Says I could stand in it comfortably at 6ft. It’s only 58” tall. After much complaining they claim to be sending me a return label and refunding me but it takes 7-10 days to get it digitally. I’m still waiting and it’s been almost 3 weeks

Do not buy this product. Their customer service is non existent. I had a terrible experience with this company. I rarely give out 1-star reviews. I typically only review product I find to be exceptional. Hopefully, this review will help others make an educated discussion to NOT buy this product!

This is my second review. Again if I could give them 0 stars I would. After they finally agreed to send me a paid return label for the sauna (even though I purchased the bundle they would only do it for that) in the beginning of April when I have been trying since November. I sent it back the first week of April and was told I would receive a refund after they received it. They received it and then it became 10-15 business days for them to refund my money. It is now June and I have sent multiple emails and still no refund. They claimed there’s a lot of refunds they have to process (not likely) since they don’t want to refund you your money and now after 3 plus follow up emails to them I have stopped receiving responses. Prior to this when I asked about the cold plunge return I agreed to keep the item for a partial refund and have not received that refund either. This is exactly why I told them I did not want to send the item back until I was refunded because they have not refunded me despite me sending the item back. Please please do not spend anymore with this company. I do not even know how anyone allows them to have a merchant account with them to process their orders because of how fraudulent this company is. One big scam that needs to be shut down asap. Maybe now that I have posted another bad review they will respond to me again like the last time.

poor communication, slow shipping, no customer service

I ordered May 11 and it is June 1 and still no product. I keep getting emails from the company saying I am part of their family and how am I enjoying my sauna. I have checked the tracking and it doesn't even show shipped after 21 days. I think I can kiss my money goodbye. I dont recommend this company because I can't even get the product. PG

This company holds themselves to a higher standard. Genuinely seems like they care about the customer experience. Love the product and love the customer support. Highly recommend.

They are horrible! The delivery was slower than a slow boat from China. I was missing pieces and several months later I am still waiting. Make us a video- did that and no response! Worst customer service in the history of customer service! Call them and they say email us or try to go to sales and they say they might get back to you! WTF??????

Zero stars - product never arrived nor was it ever going to, false claims on performance, drop shipping pyramid scheme

False advertisement.

The delivery was terrible. The date kept moving and I couldn’t track it.

The light strip failed at two weeks, still trying to get that replaced.

The bottom stay cold, the chair is to short.

True the the very top gets to 185 but the average temperature mid way is really more like 130.

Very disappointing.

Nurecover “Sauna® 185°F At-Home Sauna”:

After about one month of use-

The advertising is what bothered me the most. It says the ceiling height is 6 feet, but the actual interior height is only about 4’10”. That’s a pretty significant difference.

The temperature claims aren’t realistic either. Mine doesn’t come anywhere close to the advertised 185°F, and that’s with an additional heat barrier attached to the outside.

The $49.99 floor mat is actually decent, but it feels like something that should have been included from the start instead of sold as an add on.

The included chair is another issue. I wouldn’t even bother using it. It’s sturdy, uncomfortable, and honestly belongs in the trash. It sits too low, considering that heat rises.

At this point, I’m stuck with it until I upgrade to something better.

The one thing I do like is the frame. It’s metal, not cheap plastic, and feels solid enough.

Just be aware that what shows up at your door isn’t quite what the advertising leads you to expect.

Would of gave them a 0. Bought this for my daughter her had leukemia. 20 degrees cooler than they claimed. You can't refund unless unopened and unused. The company lies and never follows through with customer care. DO NOT BUY!

Edit: The customer care reached back out and gave me 2 resolutions. I was informed that I had the first old style which is discontinued. They expedited me the new pro model which is is supposed to be made stronger and the new dry sauna instead of steam. It appears to be an acceptable compromise. I will come back to edit the quality and new score if applicable. So far so good

So I really wanted this to be what it was advertised as. But all in all it’s just another cheap sauna that isn’t even close to advertising
First, I’ve tried for almost an hour and it NEVER achieves 185 degrees. Hottest is about 156

Second, where in the world did they get the fake models to make this thing look so tall? It’s absolutely tiny. And all the pictures and videos make it look much taller than everyone. I guess that’s why the measurements posted are in Centimeters lol. My bad for not fact checking

The “red light therapy.” Hahahahahahahah. Funny. Absolutely hilarious. It’s an Amazon red battery operated rope light with the wors mounting clips ever. They get warm and fall off mid session every time.

Buyers, please do your homework. Don’t spend a pile of money on this like I and so many others have.

DO not buy, the steam unit started on fire. I contacted the company, and they gave me a $60 credit. The steamer is terrible, takes forever to heat up, and is not hot enough.

Company is a scam. Nothing i ever ordered got shipped (sauna and suppliments). Had to work with my bank to get my money back. They wouldn't respond to my order cancel until I initiated a fraud claim with the bank. Stay away.

Absolute ripoff, don't waste your time or money ordering from these people. We ordered one of their Saunas and on their website it clearly says "You can stand up in it if you're under 6'1. This is an outright lie. You have to be closer to 5' tall to be able to stand in it. The pictures and videos they use are absolute lies.

IF you contact their support, they give you a BS story about upgrading it to satisfy customer feedback, yet their website continues to have false information. This place is a 100% ripoff.

The sauna came ripped. They gave me a tracking number that didn't work and replacement has yet to come. Been waiting for about a month. No idea if sauna was resent or not.

I spent over $1000 with them and wanted to return one item for $100

This company does not stand behind its products. There product advertizes heater of 185 degree...but only allows a heat setting of 158 degrees.

I question it and they said the temp at the top can reach 185
Who want their head to be 27 degree warmer.
I FEEL the way they advertise is VERY

I am an existing customer, I thought it was best to upgrade my sauna to the newer model considering my first experience went well I thought I would give it another go.

When purchasing I noticed I was overcharged just hours later I contacted to have this rectified. Customer service assured me they would refund me the difference and honour the sale price with 15 business days Max. It’s been nearly 2 months and no applicable discount.

Shipping took nearly a month but by then I had requested to fully be refunded and have the product returned to them.
They respond a week at a time despite my responses being prompt (no more than 30mins after they send me an email) I imagine their tactic is to stall me out of the refund window

Be advised if you chose to purchase from nurecover that they’re customer service is the issue despite them having a decent product I will never shop their product again, you are better off getting the Amazon knock off. That way you know customer service is there to serve you
