Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality & No Customer Support

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly frustrating. I purchased these shoes and unfortunately, they ran small. I reached out to the company twice via email to request an exchange for a larger size and never received a response.

I then tried calling the customer service number listed on their website, but it only led to a busy signal—no way to get in touch with an actual person.

On top of that, the quality does not justify the price. The inserts felt very flimsy and thin and even after replacing them with better ones, the shoes are still uncomfortable and too tight to wear.

Now I’m out over $90 with a product I can’t use and no support from the company to resolve the issue. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I ordered a pair, clearly stated my size- uk8 EU41 and was sent a US size 8/ equivalent to UK 6
When requesting a SIMPLE exchange have sent over 20 emails. Some have gone through, some haven't. With the ones that have, the response is usually.....we understand your frustration...blah blah, blah....send photos.....which of course I have. Just a rubbish fraud company. I am now out of pocket over £66.

These shoes are so comfortable! They are so lightweight you forget you have on shoes, and they have the perfect amount of cushion in the heels and toebox. I have high arches and the arch is perfect too. Thanks Nurse Babes!

They are light weight, easy to slip on, and my feet don't hurt after 12 hours of wear. And they come in so many colors!

Im a server/bartender and I have some pretty serious ball of foot issues and have struggled for years to find a shoe that fits comfortably let alone walking comfortably untill I found Nurse Babe shoes! I am beyond happy with them! I'll never walk completely pain free but these have certainly helped 100 percent! I have worn them for 2 shifts now and I don't wanna cry when I get home!!! I absolutely love my shoes! It literally feels like I am walking on air. I love that they are everything that was advertised. I am on my feet so much and they have helped with the pain and swelling. Keep up the amazing work!!!!!

They order these shoes off of SHEIN and mark them up incredibly. They are $10 on SHEIN. Same advertising pictures and everything.

I love the square toe wide fit. They are so comfortable at work all day.

I ordered on April 20 and see that they will be delivered the first week of May 1st. There is no real tracking, and I have emailed and sent Facebook messages, but no one has responded. Their customer service is terrible! Also, while they say "international," they need to be honest with people and let them know the sneakers are coming from CHINA! I will come back with a review of their sneakers!

The shoes are great; however, they could've come protected in a box rather than just a mailer.

Shoes are ok. Wore to work hoping my feet didn't hurt but they still hurt like any other Shoes I've tried. They were comfortable for about 5 hours

I'm a CNA in the dementia unit of my company. I walk around 8 hours a day and easily hit 10-12k steps, over 20k if I work a double. After getting off work with my old shoes my feet and legs would ache all night, but after my first day wearing these to work I felt MUCH better. Ofc I didn't feel like I had my feet up all day, but I didn't have those pains anymore. They feel like how people describe Jordan airs (never had a pair so idk) and make me feel like I have a spring or air pocket in my shoe making each step kinda bounce up. Only complaint is I wish they had some sort of waterproofing agent on the fabric of the shoe, giving showers kinda sucks now my feet get wet with one misstep.

It was easy to order, and it didn't take long to receive the. So far they are comfortable and easy on my feet.

I ordered mine and they were tight in the toes. I emailed them and didn’t expect the quick response, I returned the shoes and got size up. The return was easy and fast. The shoes are very comfortable as if you are walking on gel. I ended purchasing 2 more pairs. The cloud 2.0 or cloud 2.0 pro are very comfortable.

It’s been 2 weeks now. I love them. It’s true to size. The fit as you walk is amazing. Your shoe just walks with you. My line of work is walking for 8 hours. And my feet aren’t tired. It’s totally amazing. Idk how to describe it but it truly is what is said. I have feet problems high arch, I had to change my shoes at lunch because my feet would hurt & needs that refreshing feeling . I don’t have to do this with nurse babies. It is so comforting and I love them. And I got the one pair free. I will be ordering them again and suggest it to my family & friends.

I have neuropathy and need a wider toe base. I have only worn them for 1day, they are amazing.
