sent the incorrect shoe sizes at the beginning of March 2026 - emailed Nurse Babes on receipt of the order as all shoes were incorrect shoe sizes (ie NOT what I had ordered) - now we are over one month and still no outcome - received an email to say the order was being processed and sent to then being told it is being investigated!! really poor service, extremely bad communication and I am really disappointed that I have paid for shoes that this company/business have NOT fulfilled and yet they promote these shoes to nurses... I am a nurse .... it is just very disappointing and I would hope that anyone considering purchasing will think again because I am really regretting my decision - I have even emailed to seek a refund - just to have the matter finalised and yet this still does not occur either.

Absolutely amazing shoes, makes me feel like I’m walking on clouds…. Seriously an extremely busy almost 9 hour shift in a restaurant in these and I was completely fine after when I got home compared to my other shoes I would wear… I preemptively bought 5 and I’m so glad I did… I’m going back to get another color since they’re so cute and comfortable and go with everything!!

They have definitely helped with me standing and walking for 8 hrs. My feet don’t hurt as bad and the end of my shift.

I have just begun to develop a bunion on my Right foot . I’m on my feet all day for work and it was quite painful . Since buying these sneakers I have no pain during the day . The swelling seems to be going down and my feet have room . Thank you

Well, I am hoping I get to come back here and change this review, but as of right now I cannot say I will be able to. I was VERY excited to find these really cute shoes. They advertised that they had a wide toe box and worked well for wide feet. Turns out I must have extra wide feet. These shoes clearly weren't going to work for my feet. So, on the same day I received my package (April 13, 2026) I was thrilled. I popped open the really carefully packaged bundle and tried on the purple shoes. That's when I discovered there simply wasn't enough toe room just sitting at my desk. I stood up, realized that they were simply too tight in the toe region, took them off, packaged them back up, and reached out to Hadley at Nursebabes.com. I knew that I had seven days to return for a refund but their website specified to reach out for return arrangements. Then I tried calling. Emailed again, filled out a 'return request' on their website where I was told I would have a call in the next 24 hours, then attempted a chat where I was told someone would reach out shortly after the start of the next business day. No response so I resent emails again and called three more times. Nothing. I reached out to Paypal on Friday and was informed that because the company sent the product I needed to arrange return through them. Today, April 18, 2026 I am shipping these shoes back to Nursebabes.com at the return address on the packaging. I am using UPS so I can track their progress. I am fully expecting a complete refund of the cost of the shoes back to PayPal asap. I will modify this review if they are able to deal with this situation appropriately. I was so hopeful that this small company would be able to really provide great shoes and great customer service. I suspect that the shoes would be really comfortable for the majority of people, but they REALLY need better customer service.

Shipping/packaging is fantastic … timing was within time frame the shoes themselves are great once my foot is in them I have an extremely thick foot from top to bottom so it was very difficult to put them on nothing against the product. It’s my feet. I’m used to it. But once the shoes are on super comfortable lots of support.

The shoes are so comfortable. They arrived quickly. Seven hour shifts of all standing and walking on occasionally wet floors with no slipping.

These are by far the best shoes I have ever bought!! I work in the grocery industry and I am on my feet all day and these shoes make me feel like I am walking on clouds. I am telling everyone about these shoes, they're great!

These shoes have been life changing and amazing!! I work front desk at a busy clinic and wearing these shoes for 8 to 9 hours a day makes the shifts go by smoother. My feet aren't in pain by the second hour like my old shoes, I definitely recommend these.

I work in retail at a grocery store and I’m on my feet for at least nine hours standing on concrete. These shoes are very very comfortable. My knees are not hurting anymore.

I purchase a size that is to small. I have contacted support 4 times since receiving them over a week ago with zero response. There statement that we get back to you in 24 hours has not been a true one. I feel like I’ve wasted my money as I can’t wear them.

I am a server at a restaurant. I usually go home extremely sore, knees hips legs back and ankle. Since I got these shoes I am not as sore at all!!! They are slip resistant and so comfortable!!!

I have neuropathy in my feet and I have tried so many different shoes with no results. I have worn these shoes for 3 days and have had little to no pain or numbness in my feet. I was on my feet more today and my feet were sore at the end of the day but it wasn't my usual pain! And it went away after sitting for a while! These shoes are great! I will definitely think of getting another pair in the future! Though I can't afford another pair for now.

I’m a chef and I work 90 hour weeks these shoes are the absolute best I used to wear crocs and my feet would hurt after one shift I’m 4 shifts in and they are the absolute best shoe

I have drop foot and have a lot of pain in my foot I also wear a brace that has to fit in my shoe. I am so excited that my brace fits perfectly in my nurse babe shoes plus no pain when I walk! Thank you Nurse Babe I highly recommend these shoes!
