Very good staff within the company especially within the nursing and admin teams. Have a very good attitude towards work and reliable and very helpful.

I have just started dealing with Nurseplus recently and they have been extremely helpful and efficient with getting back to me with HCA staffing. Even if they are any issue, they are ever ready to assist to resolve any issue.

I am an assistant manager for a company providing supported living to people with Learning disabilities.
I have been using Chichester Nurseplus for just shy of 6 years as my go to agency if I need cover.
Louisa, Vickie and Hollie in the office are an absolute delight to work with, they are friendly, always ask how I am and we can have a bit of giggle whilst remaining professional. They have a good understanding of the homes that we manage, as they have been and visited, and therefore always send staff that they know will fit in with both our staff and the people we support.
The staff they send are polite, well-presented and have a good core knowledge and skills base.
If on the odd occasion I have had an issue with one of the staff they have sent they have always dealt with my concern quickly and keep me updated throughout.
I cannot recommend this branch enough, they are amazing!!

We have been using Nurseplus (Worcestershire), for several years now, and as a manager, we made the decision to only use Nurseplus as our go to agency.
They source out, trained and reliable staff to come to our service on a regular basis. The agency staff have now built up a good rapport with our core staff and the people who reside at the home.
The office staff are fantastic also, we have built up a good working relationship with them, and they understand what we need and how our service runs. This is has been one of the main reasons for us continuing to use Nurseplus.
If we do have any concerns, they are very responsive in finding a solution or dealing with the matter.

I work as a manager for a social care provider in the Northeast and we use Nurse Plus as our go-to agency when we need help with covering shifts, the reason why we chose Nurse Plus is;
- Always available when I call them to ask for cover and they have a good team in the North East who are very good at building relationships and taking care of their clients.
- They understand the difficulties within the sector and work hard to find solutions to our problems.
- The staff that they cover us with are more professional, skilled and reliable than others we have used in the past.
- although it is not ideal, when we have called at short notice due to sickness, they never fail to provide cover.
- They took time to understand the individual needs of the service and try very hard to organize the most suitable staff to cover.
- If I have any concerns, I know that they will listen to us and act appropriately.
We will be looking to maintain our partnership with Nurse Plus as United Response is happy with the service that they provide.

I have been working for Nurseplus Cheltenham branch for 3 years now and these are the reasons why I think its a great agency:
Brilliant communication, nothing is too much trouble, always trying their best, very helpful, professional and the pay is better than most agencies.
They are very quick to respond and I feel they are always here to help if I need them.
I also rate their training which is always very informative, practical and professional

The Healthcare Company has made a big scam.
As a Healthcare Assistant I have applied a job.
Before that there are lots of stages, like application form, an interview, paperworks and etc.
Last step was the more weeks training.
When I have finished it, they have simply announced they won't give me any job and I won't be the right person for the role.
Hm...

So I know what you’re thinking, your reading reviews, to see if it’s a good job and honestly I couldn’t ask more from an employer. I’m a part of the live in care team and work away with their clients delivering care for up to 12 weeks at a time, genuinely they couldn’t be more helpful, lovely and genuine. They’re not perfect but if you ask me no company on planet earth is, so I would definitely take them for what they are. The pay is excellent, for the role I do in the company, and comes with fantastic training.

Telling you as it is the training dose take time and commitment, however it was for me an enjoyable experience. Then depending on the role you do, you’ll either go straight into work. Or like me you’ll have to wait a couple of weeks for a live In assignment. When I say 2 weeks that is what I mean exactly no more no less, if your worried about that honestly it’s worth the wait.

The wait is because they’re not just looking for a good fit for you as an employee they’re also putting the client first.

A wonderful company, with modern values and brilliant people, never felt more at home in work. I highly recommend

To put this all into context I’m 22 and have worked some rough jobs this is by far the best

I have no criticism of the carer provided which is why I have given two stars. Apart from that, my dealings with both the local branch and the financial department have been one long frustration. I needed a carer for a week for my partner who has mixed dementia while I took a break. I asked if the carer was a driver, so that he could take my partner out, and was assured he was- he arrived by taxi! There were numerous mistakes on the carer's report, but most frustrating of all has been the eight week wait for a correct invoice. I have received no less than five, three of which were for carers who never came near our house, and two were for £224 more than the care received. After numerous phone calls and emails, I received a call from the financial department to say they had the correct bill ready to send- unbelievably for over £100 more than the correct amount. My stress levels were off the scale. Finally today, I received an invoice for the correct amount! Never again.
