Price good, implementation less good

The booking platform was exclusively in Bahasa Indonesia (so far as I could see - perhaps I missed the language toggle, in which case I suggest it be made more visible). I don't mind personally, I understand sufficient BI to complete the booking but it restricts your audience.

The layout was fine and the price I found, ok.

BUT - the e-ticket never arrived! I had to activate the chat group where a customer service lady located the e-ticket and emailed it to me. Booking made 28th. e-ticket arrived 31st after reminder to chat service

Not informing about self transport

Unfortunately nusatrip sold me flight tickets that involved self transfer from two airports on my way out and on my return flights. When contacting nusatrip to at least refund my expenses for the taxi when having to drive to another airport they refused to refund this. Please note that the self transfer was not advertised or informed about when buying the flight tickets. I only found out about this when landing in my transit airport which is really not ideal and creates a lot of stress.

Customer service or Customer Advice?

Tried to cancel or reschedule my flight from Denpasar to Manila because I wasn’t unwell to travel. I tried to call their customer service many times however they put me on hold every time I rang them finally at night they answered my call I told him about my situation and I said if I could reschedule or cancel my flight. He said he can not help with cancellation or rescheduling he gave me so many excuses due to company policy then he suggested that I contact the airline which I did contact the airline then airline said “oh we can not help you to reschedule or cancel the booking hence your booking through a travel agent. To get best out come please contact your agent.” I rang NusaTrip back to cancel my booking because I paid insurance then again NusaTrip customer service suggested me to contact insurance company to do it on my own. I suggest NusaTrip customers service rename their 24/7 Customers service to “Customers Advices 24/7” coz they Can Not Help but Advised their customers. If you want hassles please use this agent as I will not use their services in the future.

Excellent 5 star customer service

Thank you very much for the prompt support you gave me a few days ago to change my 2 tickets. I was very pleased with the prompt and polite responses, and also with the accuracy and amount of information that the staff had. I am very very grateful for your service and support. I think multiple staff would have dealt with the case since it was beyond one shift, but there was no loss of understanding. Very happy to see this professionalism. The fee to change the tickets was reasonable, and I understand this is mainly the fee charged by the actual airline. I was impressed with your One Time Payment facility to securely pay from another country online via credit card. Lion Air does not recognise certain international credit cards, and I could not change the ticket with them direct, so your service helped here.
I will book with you again. Keep up the excellent work and service.

date changes were made when using my saved information. The date of birth on my passport was incorrectly auto filled on my next flight. it was lucky that i triple checked the information. otherwise i would have had an invalid ticket. Besides this issue the website was easy to use and book with.

terrible customer service

Email sent to their help email which sends automated replies: I already reached out and tried to cancel yesterday and no one responded to me. You can cancel, but since you have been non responsive, I have already set a dispute with my credit card company and they will issue a refund on my behalf. The change in government regulations was too much as I have already explained. Your non-response does not help the situation.

The agent last night was incredibly rude and wasted my time and these email, non-responses are also a waste of everyone's time. You have not take the time to investigate or realized that the regulations have changed. This is a failure on your part to come to an acceptable conclusion and you did not engage in an appropriate dialogue with me.

I spoke with the rep and then he suddenly ended the chat without giving me a chance to respond— after I had to wait 4-8 minutes for each response, he didn’t even give me a minute to respond? The service is terrible. I got back on the chat and he never got back to me.

I have already disputed the charge with the card agency since you have refused to be responsive and engage with me so I will receive a full refund. Next time, please listen to your customers and provide service reps that will speak in a timely fashion. This was such a major change for us and we would have liked to have CS that was friendly and understanding for our situation.
