I have been using nusatrip for many years much before COVID. I thought after COVID the company would die a natural death. Happily, that has not happened so far: I’m happy with their prices their 24/7 customer call line - most important, I can talk to a human not a bot - so I’m very happy with nusatrip.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR I WOULD!!! THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM SINCE THEY ASKED "ME" FOR THE PROOF FROM THE AIRLINES WHICH SAID THEY THE AIRLINES REFUNDED THEM FOR MY TRIP WHICH WAS CANCELLED BY THE AIRLINES THEMSELVES ABOUT AN YEAR AGO. THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSINAL AND JUST EAT OTHERS HARD-EARNED MONEY. THEY STILL HAVE KEPT MY REFUND MONEY FROM THE PAST YEAFR AND I AM SO READY TO START A LEGAL COURT PROCEEDING AGAINST THEM AND THEIR ACTIONS. THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE! INSTEAD, NO SERVICE AT ALL! THEY ALWAYS REPLY TO ME WITH THEIR GENERIC REPLY SAYING THAT THEY HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED MY EMAIL AND WILL GET BACK TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THEY NEVER DID!! THEY ARE THE WORST!!!

Never book anything through NusaTrip, it is a straight-up scam!
I tried to book a flight through them - the booking seemed successful. After few minutes I got an email saying that my credit card payment was rejected and I needed to initiate another payment again within half an hour otherwise I would lose my ticket.
I thought 'oh weird, I thought it went through' but following their instructions I have made another payment to secure the flight.
Guess what...My card was charged twice.
Luckily I noticed by checking my CC statement and talked to the customer service to ask for a legitimate refund.
Guess what? now they refuse to issue any refund for the ticket even though it was their request to proceed with another payment (I also have their email)

I have found it almost impossible to book anything. The new security system is very bad. I have tried 5 credit cards, all in excellent standing. I have pre-approved the purchases, I have called and spoken with credit card companies. They all say the same thing. It is a problem with the Nusatrip website.
I have told the Nusatrip support this, but have gotten no relief.

It is an easy way to find the cheapest flight based on my budget at once.

So disgusted with NusaTrip,I've been using them for flights at least twice a month over the last 18 months ,recently I booked a flight to Singapore with Jetstar and Air Asia back to Jakarta , the flight wasn't cheap ,but gave 20 kg baggage going out but no luggage back ,so extra to pay,first this is awful way to advertise flights as non one leaves there luggage behind .
I booked the advertised flight ,got a confirmation e ticket from NusaTrip and money paid,I then booked my hotel ,and four Singapore attractions and flights to Jakarta .Then later that day I received a email from NusaTrip saying my flight had changed and I had to pay a extra $68 for the first flight ,if I didn't agree they would refund me the first flight ,but the return flight has to remain ,and the refund of the first flight was 1/3 of the cost of the two ,such a scam,I was left really stressed because all my other arrangements booked and paid for round the flight booking with them,and maybe I can't find a new flight out,so I had no choice to pay ,this all seemed not only awful customer care,after they confirmed my booking ,but seemed illegal as well,surely if they confirm a booking ,they can't then charge more ,it caused me a huge level of stress and family argument ,thanks NusaTrip for disgusting treatment ,I've used you regularly and no longer will after this disgusting act ,I will be trying to share this story to warn others not to use NusaTrip

It's so easy. The price is the cheapest.

The worst company ive had dealings with through covid. had robbed us of 70% of our moneys and had a full refund from airline. more than two years on no refund just voucher codes we cant yet use. two years of i dont care i have your money attitude. i think staff boost there ratings on here as i dont understand how they treat anyone any different, avoid

Nusatrip is really convenient and easy way to book airline tickets. I have used it multiple times.

They were fast, efficient and came up with a great price And the booking process is very straightforward.

they have a flight for $279.00 but when u go to book it all of a sudden price jumps to $2979.00. what a crock of crap.

I booked a flight and first it god declined, so I tried again and then it worked! But the website had changed the tickets and left me suddenly without baggage! And changed the flight!

Talked to the “costumer support” but they couldn’t help me change it because I’ve already paid for it? When clearly it was the website changed it? I also sent the “failed” order and the one that went through, two different tickets but they would not help AT ALL.

Will never ever use them again and will forever tell people to avoid booking anything from them.

Absolutely worst service I’ve had.
