Absolutely brilliant! From the first initial telephone call for advice, to all the updates and the speedy return, so very impressed with Nushades, thank you.

Ray Ban's customisation tool didn't allow for the exact customisation of a pair of Clubmasters that I wanted. So I reached out to NuShades and Bradley did a quick check, also found it weird that Ray Ban's didn't allow for different sizing in the customisation so found a solution that built exactly what I was looking for at a fraction of the cost of buying Clubmasters from Ray Ban's directly. Super helpful, really quick communication and has made me wonder why I ever spent twice the price on Ray Ban's directly when I could just go through an authorised retailer. Brad and the team were great!

I actually came across this company by accident. My temples had worn on my Ray Bans and I thought I'd have to purchase a new pair, so I decided to use Google and Nushades popped up. I checked the reviews first and decided to give them a go. I've had sublime service from the wonderful Bradley, and we even had a great laugh along the way. I was told up to 14 days for my temples to arrive to Nushades, then they'd check them over and send them out to me within 48 hours. It's literally been a week, and I've already received them. An exact copy of my other temples and I put them on this morning. A slight adjustment needed to fit my head, but once I'd done that, it was like having a brand new pair of specs for a fraction of the price. Everything about this company has been nothing but exceptional, and I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them or using them again. They offer a wonderful service and Bradley is very quick to reply, and very helpful and caring about offering a wonderful service to please the customer. Very fast delivery also all in all, but I do totally understand why they give a longer guesstimate, because you can never be overly sure about how Royal Mail is going to be. Wonderful all round and I genuinely wish this company all the success in the world. If only more people like Bradley existed and put as much care into ensuring customer happiness, the world would be a much better place. Thank you Nushades! 5 stars with ease!

It was really easy to select the right replacement lenses online & I received an instant personal response. My lenses weren’t straightforward to fit due a previous refit by a different company but the NuShades team really went the extra mile to complete the job & kept me updated at every stage. Fantastic company, I can’t praise them enough. Great communication from start to finish. I had been hunting high and low for either replacement ray-ban glasses or lenses for nigh on two years and then this company saved the day. Even though my ray-bans were ancient they managed to find the replacement lenses for me and shipped them very securely and quickly to my home address for an extremely reasonable price, I’m over the moon. I highly recommend you use this company and I can guarantee that I will be using them again. Thanks so much guys.

Amazingly good service, I contacted Nushades to get new lenses for my Ray Ban Outdoorsman sunglasses after being messed about by Ray Ban itself who said these only come in 58mm lens size and then sent me the wrong size, I told them I needed 62mm. The customer service person said they don’t do them in that size. I sent my sunglasses to Nushades and straight away got a reply that they have my lenses in stock. To say I was pleased is an understatement as I’ve had these for years. Nushades fitted the lenses and cleaned up the frames even the hard case looks as new. I cannot praise them enough thank Nushades especially Steve.

Never heard of this company before but after doing research I decided to send in my sunglasses as on average its about 50% cheaper just to fix the lenses than completely replacing them.

I received prompt responses, reassurance and extra information about the company and process. The lenses arrived at their warehouse, I sent my glasses across, they returned them the next day. Easy, smooth.

Will 100% use them again, hopefully I won't have to and I will recommend anyone I know.

Bradley provided excellent customer service. He responded quickly, took ownership of the issue, and kept me fully updated throughout. Although the delivery delay was outside of their control, he handled it professionally and kept the communication clear from start to finish. Exactly how customer service should be handled.

Excellent service! My husband broke his lense in his Ray ban sunglasses. Emailed Bradley at Nushades and he was so helpful. He kept us in touch with when he received the glasses and when they had been fixed and when to expect them to be delivered. Such a quick turn around and amazing quality of replacing the lenses. My son broke the arm off his new RayBan sunglasses and needed them repairing urgently as he was heading off on holiday in a matter of days.
