Fossil mint sandstone from Nustone
We had the pleasure of having Harry Robinson as our sales representative and found him to be very efficient, hard working and was honest about his abilities and role within Nustone.
He had good communication skills, keeping us updated when information came in about our fossil mint sandstone delivery.
The fossil mint sandstone slabs were competitively priced and are a local firm to us, so we wanted to support this company.
Originally we were told it could be between 2-5 weeks for our delivery to arrive but it actually arrived within 4 days!
It somewhat took us off guard as we weren't ready for the delivery but through networking with the delivery drivers, Harry was able to ensure the delivery fitted in better with our schedule of work rather than the yards! This was much appreciated.
The delivery did not turn up in the allocated afternoon slot but again Harry chased it up to ensure it did arrive later that same evening. Again, I was more than satisfied with Harry's tenacity and drive to get the job sorted.
In my opinion, if you have Harry as your sales contact point, I think you're in a safe pair of hands purely going on the experience we had.
Thank you Harry for your excellent communication skills. I think you're a credit to Nustone and you should be proud that you have played a big part in helping us transform our garden.

Repeat order for porcelain tiles
We bought 2 pallets of porcelain tiles from Nustone in 2023 and have been so pleased with the result that we decided to use them again on another patio.
We needed to discuss delivery times so phoned and spoke to Jennifer. We were very pleased when she confirmed 6-10 days and also how she dealt with our enquiry overall. And I am delighted to report that the tiles were delivered 6 days after we placed the order. Well done

Terrible service
Ordered slabs with this company 8 weeks ago, still had no delivery date 4 weeks later then when I asked for a refund as I sorted slabs elsewhere it took a further two weeks to agree to this refund which I am still waiting on. Very painful to deal with

Nustone sales and after care
Harry from sales could not have been more helpful when my wife and I were selecting granite paving slabs for our patio project of 74 square metres.
The size of slabs we wanted had to be a special order and the waiting time could have been quite a while. But Harry was on it and they were shipped in a lot earlier than we expected. The four crates of granite were delivered on the arranged date and time in good condition and were craned into a tight spot exactly were we wanted it by a very professional, polite and very helpful lorry driver.
Over all the whole process went very well and the price was very competitive.
We would highly reccomend Nustone and their team at Marks Tey for any paving needs.

We had a fantastic experience with Nustone. Harry was there to greet us and had the answers to all our questions. After ordering Harry stayed in regular contact with updates on likely delivery times and didn’t just tell us what we wanted to hear! It was only 15 days from placing our order to delivery. The customer service was excellent! We went for the White Porcelain, they are a yet to be layed but a perfect match for what we wanted and great quality! The price is very reasonable too! Highly recommend!

Great tiles and great service
We have purchased tiles from Nustone in November and were very pleased with price and quality.
When we decided to extend our patio it was no question to make another order from the same company. We have heard of the company going into administration and were a little worried that we may never see the order. However, after speaking to Salma at Nustone we felt confident all was well. She also informed us about the possible colour variation and sent us photos and videos for us to make a very informed decision. She was extremely helpful and professional.
There was a slight delay in delivery but it did not ruin our experience as we have received them in great condition and are very happy with the service received from Salma. She put all our worries and concerns to rest throughout the process and made the transaction stress free. The fact that she was able to send us photos and videos of the tiles and discuss this with us in detail really made such a huge difference to us.
Thank you so much. We definitely will be purchasing again and recommending this company to our friends.

The products are never in stock and you wait weeks
This is the second time I have tried to order from this company the first time I had to cancel the order because they told me it was in stock and a month later the product still hadn’t arrived so I cancelled the order. I foolishly then ordered different product a few months later which again they said was in stock and I’m still waiting with no update on when it will be delivered I keep getting the same boiler plate email that it will be 5 to 10 days, well it’s well past that time already. Don’t believe their website when it states that the product is in stock and don’t believe the customer service agents either.
