Enquiry to add to our patio - Indian Sandstone
I emailed Nustone Patios Ltd with a photograph of my patio to enquire if they had anything similar that we could buy to match what we have as we are looking at extending our patio. I received a response from the Nustone (Jennifer) with a link of what they had Similar. I followed up with a phone call to Jennifer. She was extremely helpful. A sample will be sent to us to double check the texture, etc. The service received was brilliant.

I’ve been trying to order blue black granite for 2 months and nobody has confirmed when you would be restocking blue black granite.

Visited Nustone as a first-time…
Visited Nustone as a first-time customer with my mother and ordered some tiles for a patio refurb.
Pradeep was great from the start; professional, friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain the differences between the tiles (we were looking for porcelain ones) and let us know about a few offers too, which was a nice bonus.
Delivery was on time and seamless.
The work hasn’t started yet, but we're looking forward to seeing it all come together.
Also, we were lucky enough to win some outdoor furniture in one of Nustone’s giveaway draws — such a great and unexpected surprise! We're chuffed!

AVOID - Waited months for paving to come in stock, when it finally did was told each week it had arrived damaged and would be delayed another week, happened 4 times in a row. Why not just say you don’t have any. Let’s see how long the refund takes. Wasted summer, wasted time.

Hidden charges on initially cheap product.
Client asked me to find her some decking and I found Nustone was very competitive at £16.99 per length with free delivery.
She decided to order 22 lengths for a new deck and during the order process, discovered that there was a £260 "handling" charge. She called them and was told that this was to pack and load the items. Blatantly a hidden charge and will never recommend this company to any of my clients in the future.
