REFUSAL TO CANCEL SUBS AFTER CANCELLATION VIA SUPPORT AT NUTRIMATE

As all the others, I followed the guidance given to me by Nutrimate Fit. I contacted support on September 28, 2025 via the email provided by them (the support email address that they provided on their website, and they have charged me for October, November, December 2025, and January, and February 2026. I sent them an email on March 3, 2026 to that effect ATTACHING THE ACTUAL EMAIL FROM September, and their response made absolutely NO SENSE. They said, “we cancelled your subscription and you will not be charged for March…” They failed to even address the copy of the email attached to the original email sent. I SENT THEM A COPY OF THAT SEPTEMBER EMAIL CANCELLING THE SUBSCRIPTION THREE TIMES. I have now submitted all of the emails from them, my email disputing the charges, and the reviews found on this website to my financial institution opening up an unauthorized charge case. Further, i am attaching all of these documents as evidentiary support to the Federal Trade Commission AND the Federal Communications Commission for these irregular business practices. I encourage all who have experienced the same or similar type problems to the FTC and FCC.

No access to platform, have received nothing, and charged me ×3

I did not sign up for a subscription. Deceptive marketing. They charged me 14.99 and 31.78 in September and I never received access to the platform. Then out of the blue on Dec 26th I received another charge for 104.01. These are very odd amounts. Still have received no access to the platform. I wish I would have read the horrible 1star reviews to begin with. I am requesting a refund of the 104.01 and clarification on why there were 2 charges in September 2025.

I cancelled this subscription in October 2025. Now in Jan 2026 they charged me twice. I plan to report to the BBB and my states attorney because they are refusing to refund the Jan charges. Do not try this app. They are thieves scamming the public.

It is was a pleasure that I had this…

It is was a pleasure that I had this app on my iPad it helped me out during the duration of my use to it although I used it for a little while but due to a major set back with back surgery I had to stop, and when it came to the renewal time it took place and I was charged I mailed the CS DEPARTMENT my grievance of this charge since I stopped using the app for a while they assisted me graciously and cancelled the subscription. I definitely will use it again once I am back on my feet. Go team .

Fraudulent double charges in One month !


I’m frustrated to say that this app is not worth it. The only thing they excel at is double charging users. There are no meal plans provided as they advertise; you have to create your own.

They charged my credit card twice in one month for the same item(November to be precise), and when I requested a refund, I was shuffled between agents without any resolution. The app prompts me to register again each time I try to log in and forces me to answer the same questions repeatedly.

I’m incredibly angry and disappointed; all I wanted was a refund for the second charge, but they’ve refused. I cannot recommend this app to anyone unless you have unlimited credit to deal with their double charges.

I was charged for this while I did not…

I was charged for this while I did not order it. I contacted them and told them I never received anything from them and they refused to refund me $89.02. This is nothing but a scam! I would never have ordered this because I am on a very strict income as I am disabled and don’t have extra money to throw away on something that has NO PROVEN POSITIVE RESULTS. Total SCAM! I’m sure that after my review of their SCAM and lack of returning my numerous calls, I will never get my money returned. Shame on these Scammers!

Read carefully so that you understand the terms

I am disappointed in the app in regards to there is no week 2 to help you on your journey. The only thing the app helps me with is, tracking my fasting hours.

When I sent their customer service a note in reference to an automatic renewal, I found them to be understanding and willing to negotiate an acceptable solution for both me and them.

So, think carefully about getting the app, read carefully and don't fear contacting customer service at anytime. I worked with Alex and he was professional and kind.

Wish I could rate a ZERO

Wish I could rate a ZERO, I would! Do not purchase. Not worth the hassle. I was charged 62.96 per month! I tried the trial, I forgot to cancel. They charged me for 3 months 62.96 each month. I tried to get my bank Wells Fargo deny these charges to no avail. I have not used the app since post trial. I am now filing with consumer affairs AG in my State.

I never received access to the platform…

I never received access to the platform after signing up, yet I was still charged monthly without fail. It's incredibly frustrating that while signing up is easy, cancelling the service is unnecessarily difficult—something I find quite unprofessional.

There was no way to access the platform or the promised content, and support was almost impossible to reach. The only option was a phone number that directed me to an email, which then responded with automated replies—no real help provided.

I genuinely wish I had read more reviews before making the purchase. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this platform. Proceed with caution.
