What a scam!! Bad review finally a credit
I have had the runaround with this company since day one when they refused to give me a refund.
A week later still going back and forth.
Still not able to access my meal plan that I have paid for.
They tell me to go to recipes section where all they have are recipes and no meal plan to tell me how many calories and food to eat.
If there would be no stars, that's what I would have chosen.
What a scam
After seeing my review, now they gave me my refund.
This app is not worth the trouble.
Don't buy!!!

App quit tracking after 1 week. Impossible to get help from customer service. Have sent two messages and no reply. No phone number to call either. Very disappointed.

bought the 3 month subscription as it sounded good at first… once you have the app it really is poor and rubbish. it’s completely pointless, everything on the app you can go about and do yourself
it’s so poor! i contacted customer services 20 minutes after purchase and they’re refusing to refund me. what an absolute scam. currently contacting my bank to get my money back
don’t use this app you’ll be disappointed and lose your money

Utter crap luckily I found out I’d signed up inadvertently via PayPal to a massive recurring subscription and have cancelled the next one. As far as I can see for the first weeks I have fasting for 14 hours — really did I need to pay £19 for this? Utter rubbish I’m going to seek my money back from PayPal.

Held to t&c for recurring payment 2 days after charge even though I did not find the app useful and had not used it for around 3 months. Couldn’t find recurring payment in Apple Pay due to it being set up online rather than through the app.

So far so good. It helps you keep track of your path and gives you valuable tips regarding the changes you have to make in your life to real loosing weight. You have to be committed though. But if you fail, it still helps you understand why.

Waste of money
Waste of money. All it does is set a timer for when to eat and when not to eat. And you select the time frame. I was expecting it to alternate my fasting periods for me, for optimum results and that was not the case.
Also, don't believe the money back guarantee. When I asked for a refund, they denied it saying it was against their policy. They just cancelled my subscription. Also it wasn't even clear I was buying a subscription until the purchase had gone through.
Overall, not very useful. Not to mention very misleading and dishonest. Pick a fasting ratio and do it on your own, would be my best advice.
