Magnesium glycinate…
I am sleeping much better after taking glycinate 3-in-1. If I do wake up I go straight back to sleep. I only take one as this is sufficient for me. I have much more energy in the day as a consequence. I will be re ordering as this is now a product I definitely need.

I mostly use the glow up and have found I ache so much less, which makes it more pleasurable to walk, swim and exercise as well as run round with my grandchildren. Completely tasteless in coffee, dissolved quickly. Speedy delivery too and better priced than competitors.

My hair is growing back!
Lady in my forties and depressingly started losing/thinning of hair around the sides of my head. Only enough for me to notice but depressing none the less . Short of spending weeks trying to unsuccessfully get hold of a GP appointment, in desperation I decided to google search the arse off 'ways to grow back womens hair loss' and read collagen might help....I ordered the special deal from nutrition geeks - 3 bags with free biotin growth tablets. I was initially put off as thought it seemed a bit scammy or desperate because if you spend more you get more money off and loads of other free bits. BUT after both every day my hair has started growing back! I'm still a bit sceptical- is it's the collagen, is it the biotin, is it just a coincidence?!? But there is no denying I have changed nothing in my life apart from taking the collagen and biotin daily for over 2months now, and my receding hairline is most definitely growing back...THANK F@ck!! The downside for me now is that I will be taking it for the rest of my life in an attempt to avoid future boldness!! Also it makes black coffee taste loads better!!
