Amazing! I would have never believed that this would have been so effective. My husband has always suffered with hard skin issues, despite using pumice stones, various electrical devices, foot peels etc. The Nuvé Silk Pro 3 sorted the majority of this issue out with one use. Incredible

Brilliant tool, has FINALLY put pay to my horrendous hard skin. TBH I was sceptical of all the social media ads (and probably fed the algorithm!), but I finally succumbed as I was getting desperate. Delivery was a bit slow (i blame DPD...) but it was definitely worth the wait. I would defo recommend.

As advertised! Instant results for smooth feet and smoother calluses. I was skeptical and am so happy I ordered one so much so I tried it on my sister as soon as she came over and she ordered one too! Don’t hesitate- purchase!

For 2 years I used every lotion including what my dermatologist gave me. I used a pumice stone & one of those metal files (cut my feet). Baby Feet and sleeping with lotion & bags also didn’t work. My big toes & heels were so dry & cracking. Not to mention embarrassing. First time I used it WOW! And zero pain! I saw this product the nuve silk 3 pro on Facebook and initially was sceptical I have severely dry feet and have struggled for years to find a decent product that worked effectively I have to say I love this product the design for me is especially well thought out it effortlessly goes around all parts of the foot without restriction and my feet stay softer for longer than previous products. The delivery was extremely quick too which was a bonus and they have lots of discount offers so overall I’m very pleased

Well I was sceptical about buying this product as I already had a knock off of the product that was rubbish but I kept seeing the ad pop up and so I read the reviews. Mine arrived yesterday and I can honestly say it’s the best thing I have ever used on my feet. It’s not a scam. Well worth the investment. I would highly recommend this product. Am so happy with my feet. Delivery was slow but well worth the wait.

This product is absolutely brilliant. I use it all the time and have bought them as presents for other people.
The customer service is also excellent. They are very prompt and professional. I highly recommend Nuve.

Ive always had some rough skin on my feet and being a type 2 diabetic with little mobility due to awaiting knee construction ive always had to rely on my partner to use a cheese grater(as we call it) on my feet."Not good for a type two as it can be harsh and cut your feet"Then i found the Nuve,"Absolutely brilliant",its so much kinder on my feet,and leaves them silky soft.Thankyou Nuve.

Bloody brilliant! Only home tool I’ve ever found that works (& works amazingly). So impressed. I thought the other reviews were fake or that it wouldn’t work on my feet.

I was very sceptical at first, I’d been reading the reviews this tool was getting, and so held off buying one, but when it became discounted I thought I’d give it a go, now I thinking I should have brought one months ago! It really does work!

As a person who suffers from callouses on the bottom of my feet, especially on the big toes which causes me a lot of pain and discomfort, and after having to see a podiatrist once a month for callous removal, I decided to purchase the Nuve callous remover. It was one of the best purchases ever as it has changed my life. I no longer have to see my podiatrist monthly (and pay for each visit) but can manage the callouses myself. The pain is gone and I have complete relief. Well done, Nuve.

Having had an initial efficient email exchange and requesting a refund for a defective product (it would not charge) this company has gone completely silent on me. I have tried to contact them repeatedly using the original email chain, warned them I would write an unfavourable review if they did not respond but with no luck, they do not seem to care. Although they seem to respond to people on this site. I wonder if anyone has actually managed to get any kind of refund?

Ok so they sent me a refund just now. Let's see if it arrives in my bank account. it feels genuine though. As people have said, their customer service response is lousy until it actually kicks in. Maybe they are understaffed!

Great foot tool probably the best I have used for removing hard skin. My feet are do much softer easy to use and good price point

I have long very thick hair which can tangle, I genuinely love this hairbrush, it does exactly what its designed for, I have no problem using it, just glides through my hair, no pain no breakage, a brilliant hairbrush design. I would recommend definitely.

Took a long time to arrive, but the products work like nothing I have ever used before ! Highly recommend

Communication with Nuvé... A Nightmare!

I have just discovered that the order I made from Nuvé Brand is being sent to me from China. Nuvé don't mention that anywhere on their website. Nuvé do not have a customer service department. They just pretend to have one. Nuvé do not communicate directly with their customers. They send out generic messages that are automatically generated (by a computer or Ai?)

I have sent several messages to Nuvè customer services using every single email address that they provide:

That was 9 days ago and I still have not received a single reply to any of my messages. The only communication I have received from nuvé brand are generic email messages professing to be from 'Julia' at nuvé customer services. This is a direct screen shot of a message sent to me pretending to be from a representative of nuvé:

It's enough to make me puke Julia.

The tracking information Nuvé provide is of no use what so ever. It may as well not exist. It does not even tell you what country or Town your item is being shipped from, or what town or port it is supposed to be arriving at. From the tracking information provided by Nuvé, I have no idea where my item is, when it will be delivered, or if it will ever be delivered at all.

If potential customers of Nuvé knew any of this before they went ahead and paid for an item, then they would certainly think twice before making a purchase. I for one would never use Nuvé Brand ever again.

It makes it so easy to keep my feet smooth. I use it at least once a week or once I notice them getting a little rough.
