Awesome product give it ago you won't be disappointed 💯

Awesome product I've used other's over the year's and this is by far the best ever so easy to use and rechargeable and has a lot of power where as other's if you put to much pressure on them they stop not this one the Nevue 3 Silk Pro if I could give more than 5 stars I would what a great Christmas present which will get plenty of use well done guy's great product 💯

I bought this product in September 2025…

I bought this product in September 2025 used it once and it stopped working so I contacted them and told them this they after sending them proof video of item not working sent me a replacement. Once received after a few weeks the item again has a red light and doesn’t even work. I contacted Emily just now and I want my money back because all I can see is faulty goods. They are expensive then they don’t work what is the point. Please don’t buy this item. Akidat Gazali UK

Amazing product, poor customer service

An absolutely fantastic product! It has totally transformed the appearance and comfort of my feet. Genuine feedback. However, I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received just recently. I contacted Nuve a few weeks ago and asked if it was possible to buy a replacement charger as I’ve misplaced it. It is, so I purchased one and received an email to say this had been shipped on the 23rd of December. When the package arrived, Nuve had made a mistake and sent me a hydration stick rather than a charger. The initial business chat on messenger was very friendly and helpful, but then no further contact despite me chasing them up several times by email and again on messenger. Meanwhile, I am unable to use my exfoliator and I’m beginning to suffer again! I am beginning to wonder whether this company is as reliable as the wonderful product it sells. Certainly, it’s customer service is disappointing at this point. If you are listening, Nuve, I would very much appreciate a response. and for this to be rectified as soon as possible. I will happily come back and update my review if so.

Arrived very late

Ordered 13th December. Immediately into up selling me. Emailed again saying delayed but discount if I buy more. Tracking update received, product coming from China and won't arrive until approx 29th December. Arrived today. Was meant to be a Christmas gift. Will almost certainly not order any replacement parts given the experience so far. Would not have ordered if website had been clear on delivery timescales.

Update: False delivery and customer service info

UPDATE: Customer service replied to my review and responded within hours. As per their response, I received a full refund minus shipping costs and the money was in my account in less than 24 hrs. Thank you.

Product was ordered Dec 4 as a Christmas gift. It did not arrive until Dec 27. I don't care how good a product is but if I can't get prompt delivery, I will never purchase from this company again. Delivery updates they give you are false. They sent me notice telling that an attempt to deliver was made on Dec 23. I was home all that day plus it was delivered via USPS and left in my mailbox. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

As requested in your email to us, we issued a full refund for your order, and there was no need to return your Nuvé Silk 3 Pro. We hope you still find it useful despite the delivery experience.

I ordered this in plenty of time for…

I ordered this in plenty of time for Christmas and it was delayed (now up until the 3rd Jan) In the meantime I had to pay for a replacement present just to make up for the fact I had nothing to give. They have already been offering new discounts for other products despite the fact I haven't received the original order. Please avoid

No Christmas gift for Johnny

At the time of ordering the Nuve Silk 3 Pro, it was supposed to arrive by Christmas Eve. It did not arrive. It is now giving an estimated arrival of Dec 30 - Jan 3. This was supposed to be a gift for a relative visiting from out-of-state. If it ever does end up arriving, we will have to pay for it to ship to their home now. Very disappointing and misleading.

I did previously leave a bad review because I was one of the unlucky few who ordered for Christmas but ended up getting delayed from their overseas supplier. Their customer service has redeemed them through as you will see on many reviews they have done their best to remedy any issues regarding this, cementing their promise of money back guarantee.

Company Doesn't Adhere to Own Shipping Standard

Updated to add: Nuve gets top marks for customer service based on my experience with them - they were very responsive and resolved my issue to my complete satisfaction. I can't speak to the product itself, but the way a company handles matters when things go wrong counts for alot in my book. Thank you for resolving this for me.

I purchased a Nuve Silk 3 Pro + replacement accessories on December 3 and it has now been 20 days with no delivery! It took 10 days for my order just to leave their Chinese facility (this was a surprise to me, which suggests these things are massively over priced) which is contrary to what the website says of its shipping standard (i.e. most orders ship within 24h but it may take up to 3 business days). Very disappointing when you as a consumer do everything you can do to ensure you receive it in time for gift giving - had to find a different gift to give which I was thrilled about. This whole interaction has soured my impression of this company and I don't even want this order any more.

My advice: go to the drug store and purchase a Dr. Scholl's Electronic Foot File for under $20.
