We used this company for some time

We used this company for some time, terminal was paid off and our contract was expired but when tried to leave they charged us for dropping them.
Service level is very low, the person I talked to was very impolite and had no idea about customer service.
I don't recommend them at all . very bad service

Terminal and the app

The customer service representative I spoke with on the phone was excellent, however, the terminal itself and the accompanying application are in need of significant improvement.

While I made the switch from Clover in order to take advantage of lower rates, I suppose that one gets what one pays for.

We will see how it goes.

Very Disappointed by First Data

The billing and deposits for this company were good. What was a huge problem was when I had to close my business due to landlord issues. Nuvei uses FirstData for their POS debit machine rentals. Well there is zero way to break that lease. Zero. Make sure you read the fine print!
I still had 19 months left in the lease. Because, you know, I knew 29 months ago, that I was going to be closing. So instead I was trapped in a 48 month lease. Payout was $700+ dollars with return of machine. Or buy machine for $900+. What a racket. If that is the machine on the contract do not take it. DO NOT. Such a scam they are running right there. And so unfair to the consumer. What did they do with all of the people who had to cancel during COVID. Hit them up for a bunch of money they didn't have? So, since I still had a contract. They will get that money on a monthly basis rather than the huge payout that they wanted me to pay immediately. Sorry FirstData. You will never get my business again.

I requested a change of address to be…

I requested a change of address to be completed, and was advised that it was completed, however, it still has not shown up on our machine. I was advised that it would take a few days, and it's been more than a few days. It is unclear if I have to make the request again. The issue was not the customer service agent, she was very friendly and easy to work with.
