Good customer service experience so…

Good customer service experience so far; fast friendly and good rates. Have not had a chance to do many transactions yet, but the service is good.

Not a Partner You Can Trust

This company will take advantage of you the moment they see an opportunity. They’re fine as a short-term option if you have no alternatives, but they will not support you as your business grows. As we scaled, they began demanding unjustified higher deposits and increasing fees without basis. During our peak season, they attempted to hold funds that would have reduced our cash flow by 15%, citing “increased risk” — despite us processing over $3M monthly with only a couple of chargebacks.

When we challenged their decision, they refused to reconsider. It wasn’t until we moved to another processor, stopped all processing with them, and threatened legal action to recover our funds that they finally admitted their mistake and returned the money. By then, the damage was already done.

Their technology is also outdated and inferior compared to other providers.

You can work with them, but they are not a trustworthy long-term partner. Seek other options as early as possible.

Hidden charges

I used Nuvei for 1 month. They have hidden charges and my bill was twice more than moneris for the same amount. Wireless data 239$, Data sécurity 39.95/3 months are some of the hidden charges. 100$ when you start with them. None of this was said to me. I'm very deceive.

100% do not recommend.

100% do not recommend.

We just opened a private nordic spa business. We had 10k$ sales in the first 48h. They froze the account and kept the money. So now we have to provide a service for clients for which we dont even know if we will get paid. When we reach out, they say they dont need to provide a reason and that the money will be kept for at least 6 months. And then what? Well we cant get an answer from them!

Great service right? Save yourselves the trouble we are going through, pick another company.

Do NOT sign anything with this company

I had for about a year after a rocky start with alot of errors and being misinformed of fees. I cancelled and then found out a year later I was charged monthly fees of varying amounts. This was billed under "merchant fees" not the names "paya" or "nuvei" and not picked up by my bookkeeper. When I called they said they never received the paperwork to cancel and that when I signed the documents (15 pages) when opening account it stated that nuvei can charge any fees they want without notice. And they did! Beware as there are much better and less "scam" merchant services out there.

Excellent Customer Service

I have already submitted a survey for this event. The young man I spoke to was very helpful and my issue was solved. He was very pleasant; he answered my questions and provided me with steps on how to access my account and look for the items that I was inquiring about.

The install was simple

The install was simple. The application was very quick with friendly service.
The heldheld unit is nice and easy to use. All in all a very good experience.

You can't get any better service than that.

We sent an email on a Friday evening after business hours of an issue. It was urgent, so the email was good to make sure Nuvei was aware and we didn't forget the details. By Monday morning everything was resolved before we even opened for business. You can't get any better service than that.

Nuvei is a good company I been with…

Nuvei is a good company I been with them over 8-9 years and i can say that they have done me right. They may not be perfect but they are fair.

I am not the easiest person to please either i guess what i mean to say is, if i complain, when they screw up, they'll hear from me, but it's my right. I given them alot of business over the years and i know they appreciate it.

This company would have to be the worst…

This company would have to be the worst I have ever dealt with. We are a start up and they have held our trading funds for close to 6 days. Call after call and not 1 person can give me an answer as to when we are receiving our funds which were supposed to be same day payout transactions. Excuse after excuse, first was backend tech issues, which were resolved 4 days prior and clearly stated on their website. Then to be told previous clients received theirs and clearly not new clients, then no manager on weekends. Next excuse on the Monday oh it’s a public holiday in the state the head office is in, which is now over and still no funds. You will get passed around to supervisors with no answers nor authority to resolve anything. This is how to destroy someone’s business within the first week of trading. I Do Not recommend this company at all, it’s a mess from backend to front and to entrust them with your business funds would be a major risk.
