Dont use this company

We used this company to process e-checks (ACH)
They sent funds to an old bank account we changed months before and they acknowledged the update.
However they sent to the old bank and the funds were returned to Nuvei days ago., now the have $11,038.00 of ours and have not sent it back to our new account and keep giving excuses. If your lucky enough for them to answer the phone, no one answers. We have sent them several emails and not once have they replied back.

This company sales personal are lying trough their teeth to potential customers, once they grab you and get your information they keep taking money from your account even after you call and terminate their services and send back their equipment Stupid cheaters charged me $110 for one transaction that I made last month!!!! Is this what they do, rip off small businesses???? Do not sign up with this payment solution company if you don't want to regret it later!!!

Christine Jones was very attentive and able to get me through to an awesome 2nd level tech to resolve our terminal issues. Cassandra was friendly and kept digging until she figured out the problems and we were successfully able to download updates to resolve the issues.
