I bought the full bundle with chiller, sauna and tub in July and the sauna steamer doesn’t work, the lid cracked and the sauna has torn from limited use. Hopefully the chiller continues otherwise a complete waste of $1,000. I reached out to customer service about warranty and didn’t get a response. Don’t get fooled into buying this garbage.
We purchased our Nuvio Chiller (with free inflatable pod) in August based on the information found on their website. Specifically the claim: "Does the Chiller work outdoors in extreme temperatures?
Absolutely. It’s engineered to keep your tub icy-cold even in high and low outdoor temperatures." (Direct quote). Our ice bath will not get below 50 even though it is in the same location on our shaded back porch as our previous ice bath (39) and the only customer service is a bot. No phone number, no humans, no returns. It is really disappointing. Not sure how they got all of the 5 star reviews on the website....
Unit was broken out of the box, the pump did not work. The company would not refund the purchase or replace the pump. The quality of the unit units are obviously very cheap and the company does not stand by that. All they offered was free lifetime support, lol. I highly recommend others steer clear of this company

The Chiller Pro does not function as advertised, and my entire experience with Nuvio has been one of the worst customer service situations I have ever dealt with.
I purchased a Chiller Pro for $1,100 on July 28, 2025. The very first unit arrived dead on arrival and would not even power on. After multiple attempts to reach support (responses often took 48–72 hours or more), they eventually acknowledged the issue and promised a replacement. The replacement unit they sent, however, was not the correct product. At this point, I had two units in my possession, one that was dead and another that was not what I ordered.
Support eventually sent yet another unit. Unfortunately, this third unit has never worked properly either. The pump does not circulate water correctly, and the chiller stalls around 55°F instead of reaching the advertised temperatures. Despite providing videos and photos as requested, and following every single troubleshooting step, Nuvio has refused to issue a refund or send a properly functioning replacement.
Instead, they offered either (1) yet another replacement (after three failed units already), or (2) a “goodwill” partial refund of only 20% ($220). This is unacceptable given the amount I paid, the repeated failures, and the time wasted.
To date, I have spent over two months attempting to resolve this, and I still have nothing to show for it except multiple defective units and hundreds of unanswered or delayed emails. This company does not stand behind its products and does not honor reasonable customer requests for refunds when equipment fails to work.
I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Nuvio: stay away. They will waste your time, your money, and leave you with broken equipment and no resolution. In my opinion, this company is not trustworthy and operates in a way that feels like a scam.
Be aware if you order this product, take it out of the box and assemble it and it doesn’t work, they will NOT refund you as they consider it “used” after water is run through it.
How you would ever know if it works without filling it and turning it on is beyond me. Nothing delivered unusable should be considered used. Nobody stepped a toe in this thing because … it doesn’t work.
We paid $750 for this product (on sale) at the end of July and cannot even use it, or get refunded. They offered to send replacement parts which were slow to come and did not fix the issue.
“Customer Service” (lack thereof) is wildly slow as well. If you’re desperate to lose space in your trashcan and also throw away $750.. Nuvio is your brand!
HORRIBLE COMPANY. Product is broken and leaks. Creates a serious slipping and electrocution hazard. Spent 3 weeks trying to even get the company to respond, let alone listen. They only think the hoses are not connected correctly, despite a video and photo showing a crack in the unit itself. Save yourself the trouble and buy anything from anyone else.

I've got 2 replacements because this thing breaks everytime. Like other reviews say, it will not last a year guaranteed. I tried to get another replacement because they won't give me a refund and they said they can't because it broke due to misuse, which is total crap.
I have followed the directions to a T every time and these machines just break over and over again.
I wish I had the money to go and buy another one from another company, but I don't. So now I'm without being able to ice bath every morning, which sucks.

I purchased on 9/10/25. I set it up on 9/14/25 and did my first plunge on 9/15/25.
The morning of 9/23/25 the water was not cold, because it was not circulating. The pump stopped working. Their website ai chatbot assured me I would receive a prompt reply from an actual person to arrange for replacement parts. I have received no such response.
Furthermore, I purchased their all-in-one water cleaner and it arrived with visible sediment floating in the unopened bottle.
I want a FULL REFUND!

First off, you can get the exact same unit from China for less than half the cost but honestly don't bother. These things are absolute garbage. You're lucky if they last over a year and their warranty is terrible. They only warranty specific parts. Extremely shady company.
I received my Chiller Pro on September 4, 2025. After setting it up and turning it on, it leaks badly from the hose that connects the pump into the chiller. Today is September 20, and I have been attempting to contact them to process a replacement since September 5. They provide no phone number and only give you an email address, number to text, and an online form submission. I have tried all three contact methods multiple times with no response. I have contacted them on Facebook and Instagram with no response. I am now discovering that it’s not just me experiencing this, but instead it is a recurring problem with them. There is no customer service available. Do not buy from them unless they get this resolved.

Unit stopped chilling.
Communication was slow with customer support. Mike at Nuvio quit responding. No response to my emails in over 10 days. Out money and with a product that doesn’t work.

Response time from customer service is great. Cold plunges are great. Product quality SUCKS.
1) my pod arrived with a hole in the rim so the rim would not remain inflated.
2) they quickly replaced it.
3) three months later the pump broke.
4) it arrived after the slow boat from China brought it over.
5) a week after I got the replacement pump, the replacement pod sprung a leak on the bottom.
If I could give ZERO stars for quality, I would. The closest to ZERO is one star.
Don’t try this company unless you are a very patient person willing to constantly wait for replacement parts.

Nuvio has a great system if it was dependable, there are so many things that went wrong with the system and the absolute worse thing is the lack of customer service. There is no number to call you can only leave an email, which i did but the responses are quite slow and trying to solve the problem is a major challenge trying to cummicate this way. I asked for a new system while it was still under warranty as the device was not reading correctly and not cooling. They sent several instructions to get it to work and finally I was able to get it to cool but they never replaced the unit so now that I am "out of warranty" they say that they will send parts 9 days ago, i follow up and they say the warehouse is shipping the parts, i follow up and they say that my unit is out of warranty. I asked them to replace my unit with the upgraded unit that does not have this problem and im willing to buy it at a discount. They tell me they can't offer a discount and my unit is out of warranty. I bought my unit in June of 2024, it currently does not cool nor does water flow through. I have gotten countless answers from them and none of them are consistent or true. Buy at your own risk, if it works you are set but if not you are toast. Order#6941

Got a reply to my customer service message within about 12 hours and a follow-up the day after that, very happy with that. Replacement part is on the way now that will solve my problem (which I caused by myself by stepping on one of the pieces hahaha).
