Total markup play

Total markup play. It appears to be a generic unit from Shopee sold at premium pricing. Quality felt flimsy, leak showed up within a week, and my return was declined. The newer version on Shopee costs less and is built better.

Feels like a knockoff

Feels like a knockoff. Looks like the same portable plunge you see on Taobao with a logo added and a big markup. Mine started leaking by day two, and they wouldn’t take it back. You’re better off grabbing the upgraded model straight from Taobao for less.

Feels deceptive

Feels deceptive. What arrived looks identical to an Shoope cold plunge, just with a logo and higher price. It failed fast, leaking on day nine, and customer service wouldn’t process a return. Skip this and buy the updated model directly from Shoope or similar.

working great in summer

had my chiller since spring and it's still holding up in summer. I've now upgraded to get their sauna too so I can do contrast therapy for recovery, mainly after Muay Thai. I keep the chiller around 45-50 degrees and I have it on my covered deck area in the backyard

Stay away from this company; they don't deliver on their promises and have a DIRTY return policy! I hated my product, and when I went to return it, it took me over 20 days to get it done, because every time there was some issue that needed to be resolved. When I finally received my refund, the company simply kept 10% of the total amount... Total dishonesty!!!

Don't waste your money here!

They buy these bathtubs directly from Chinese websites and resell them here for triple the price (and put a cute logo on them to show they did everything). I was only disappointed with this product, stay away from it!

This bathtub is of terrible quality

This bathtub is of terrible quality! You can find the SAME BATH on AliExpress for less than half the price. Unfortunately, I only discovered this after I had already purchased it on this company's website. And now they won't even let me return my order because they're claiming I damaged the parts (WHAT A LIE!!!!). I just want my money back and to put an end to this headache.

I discovered the hard way that this…

I discovered the hard way that this cold-plunge tub is basically the identical portable model sold wholesale online. They didn’t upgrade a thing, just stuck their brand on it. In less than a week the material sagged and the seams buckled. Customer service offered excuses and took no responsibility. Save your money and order directly from Alibaba.

I'm so frustrated with my order

I'm so frustrated with my order, I don't even know where to begin.

Their delivery was delayed by more than 10 days, the product was supposed to arrive on the 14th and arrived on the 25th…

Completely crushed packaging, without any care taken with the product, it could have easily been damaged during delivery (and then they would blame the carrier).

The product is of TERRIBLE quality! The chiller simply can't get the water to 45°F, and they promise up to 37°F on their website.

After all this chaos, I decided to return my product, as I was already extremely frustrated... and to make matters worse, their support is ridiculously bad, they keep giving lame excuses and saying that the problem was me and not the product (I didn't know how to configure the chiller and I didn't answer the delivery people), but that is a LIE.

I would give them less than 0

I would give them less than 0. Mine died after 2 days. They ran me around for a month with all kinds of BS Emailing and AI requests, then finally shipped a replacement which i'm guessing it is a refurb that won't work either.These people are despicable.

At first I loved it then it broke

At first I loved it. But then it broke after only 30 days. I contacted Charlie from customer service who is useless. They offered 15% of the purchase to appease me. No offer to send a replacement or trouble shoot . The excuse is he is busy. Total bullshit. Think they got too big too fast. Don’t buy one.

Disappointed After Initial Performance

Disappointed After Initial Performance

The unit worked well for the first few months, but then it began taking 6–8 hours just to get cold—far from the quick cooling it originally promised. By month six, water started pouring out of the equipment. Thankfully, my wife caught it in time to prevent serious damage.

I contacted customer support and even sent a video showing the issue, but because it was just past the six-month warranty, they refused to offer a replacement. Instead, they tried to upsell me on a new unit—something I found extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

For a premium-priced product, I expected better reliability and customer care. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this based on my experience.

This company states full refund if not happy, I have been trying to get info on how to return this item ( glasses) and all they do is email me conditions to get my refund 1) what was wrong..2.. are you sure.. next email.. try this.. next email take a picture of the glasses like come on you will see the glasses when I return them then they say work out a picture no refund . They are crazy the glasses did not work for me. So if you are thinking about buying from these people be aware of all the hoops you have to jump through if you need to return any thing . Don't buy from this company you will regret it.

I just ordered the Nuvio chiller on Saturday the 28th of June. Never received any confirmation email or delivery date? Been reaching out to them by text, chat, and socials. No response. My card has been charged, just want my chiller. I have no order number either. Just pictures of my purchase. They text me I had typo in my email, sent correct one, still nothing from Nuvio. Please help!

SCAM ALERT

made an order for a product on May 15th, 2025. There
was an additional up sell quantity which i did not order on the actual receipt when it was emailed, which i disputed and got nowhere. Then i just check my credit card history and they have been billing me 49.99 USD per month.for some subscription to their store which i never subscribed to. I went to their website and call their support, which hangs up after a certain amount of time on hold. I will be advising the cridit card provider as well as the RCMP
