Great products and quick delivery

Had a great experience with these guys and the staff go above and beyond, great service from the Skelmersdale depo

Tony (from the Waterfoot depot) delivered me 3 tonne bags of hardcore. Because there was a skip in the way, I thought he would have to just drop it in the vags on the street. However, he did a lot of angering around and managed to drop all three bags exactly where I needed them. Top guy, extremely helpful, saved me so much work.

I've used the Waterfoot branch many times now. The level of service is excellent and they've never let me down - last minute deliveries and even unloading the wood and carefully putting it round the back of the house when we've not been home. Fantastic service. Won't hesitate to use them again and again and always recommend them to others.

I visited your walkden branch yesterday,and the leval of service was absolutly brilliant.
The gentleman who served me was called Scott.
He helped me with my purchases and sorted out my delivery day and time and was very profetional all the way through this process.

Delivery schedule and timing was exactly as asked for and the delivery guys were helpful. Good price. Only gripe was that one of the timber posts was in pretty poor condition - as I didn't use it for 2-3 weeks after delivery I didn't complain but would recommend check everything at the time of delivery.

Called in today at the Waterfoot branch with the intention of getting a few bits of wood for a job I'm doing. Left having had a price for some materials I'd just ordered with another firm smashed (I cancelled the order with the other firm and happily gave my money to NW timber). NW timber saved me a few hundred pounds and the delivery was made the same day. I did have some technical queries regarding some of the materials I was ordering, the chaps (think it was Lee and Keenan, sorry if I got your names wrong) were very knowledgeable but when they weren't 100% on one of my questions they made a few quick phone calls to people who could get me an answer. I have to say it was one of the best experiences I've had over the last few years. Polite, swift, knowledgeable service from people who do care and are happy to go over and above to get the customer the right product for their needs. I've been in the building trade for 30 years and I WILL be using them again, they'll be my first port of call and I can happily recommend them to anyone else. If you're thinking of getting some materials give them a call and see if they've got what you need, they sell a lot more than just timber.
