Less attractive cashback and giftcard
Several main retailers eg Argos, trip.com etc have been removed from NX rewards. No longer to get cashback from these retailers.
O4A giftcard discount reduced from 20% to 6% which is very disappointing. I am considering to cancel my subscription with NX rewards in near future.

Reduction of discount for One4All giftcard
I originally joined NX Rewards mainly for the monthly £100 One4all Gift Card offer with 20% discount. That benefit alone made the membership worthwhile.
NX Rewards has now reduced the discount from 20% to just 6%, meaning the monthly saving dropped from £20 to only £6. That is a huge reduction to one of the programme’s main selling points.
What’s most disappointing is that the membership fee remains the same while the value provided has clearly decreased. At 6%, the offer is no longer particularly competitive compared with many free cashback or employee reward schemes.
I think existing members deserved far more transparency and notice before such a major change was introduced. If key benefits can be reduced this drastically, it raises concerns about the long-term value of the membership.
Very disappointing overall, and I’m now reconsidering whether to renew.

change of the key benefits without notice
one of the key benefits is the 20% Gift Cards, however, the regular gift card shop suddenly change the rate from 20% to 6% without any notice, not mentioned about the drop off of some retailer cashback offer last month. It's really disappointing...

Not sure why it's rated great
Not sure why it's rated great, as the service is awful. You pay a subscription per month to access refunds, and to get back your money, as per their "monthly reward", you need to fill a form each month, attach proof of purchase, generally chase them a couple of times, instead of being an automated system.
Just to clarify, any purchase I do through their website then shows up automatically, so why not issuing the reward based on the website tracking? No, you need to do it separately...
I decided to close my account, and they haven't sent the money I was owed for the April subscription, even if they generally paid mid month the following month (they paid me February in march, but not March in April and I don't expect them to pay me back April in May, so I'm down 2 months - £36).
I cannot access my history as once I decided to cancel my monthly subscription they closed my account.
Definitely not recommended. There are better sites for cashback out there.

Just remember to claim your monthly bonus
Well worth it in my opinion. Best cashback rates available in general- 10% minimum on all retailers - and also fastest to pay out. Just remember to claim back the subscription every month in the form of the monthly bonus.

The claiming procedure is okay
The claiming procedure is okay, but one issue I have to mention
The recent two month, I sent the West Midlands Metro weekly ticket receipts to claim.
In March, I sent the receipt to ask can it be claimed or not, your colleagues didn't reply anything but they accepted this directly, it means West Midland Metro weekly ticket can be claimed obviously.
In April, I also sent West Midland Metro weekly ticket through the system and sent email to tell them I requested to claim, but I was told to send the confirmation to approve that last month they accepted the receipt.
This month I will send the West Midland Metro weekly ticket to ask for claiming, I hope they can claim this directly without asking any further information, if the procedure have been changed, please let me know
