Disappointed
As a first purchaser, my experience is very disappointing. Their is no customer service number to discuss returns and how long it take for a refund. I received the wrong shoe I purchased for a birthday gift needed in a week and had to ship back and still waiting on refund. Customer Service communications is very unsatisfying and disappointing

Packgaging Problem!
I dont like the packaging that has huge word size of "NYC Designer Outlet". It seems like you want to show everyone that inside this packaging contains the precious item and good for the thief.
Please dont advertise your brand with this way.

Good people. Good place to shop.
Should do better on listing the true size vs what they think is the true size. And certainly post pictures of the width and size pictures, it will help
