I ordered the nightstand trio on…
I ordered the nightstand trio on December 4 as a Christmas present for my husband. The stand looked to be well made and of high quality. Though my husband liked it, the watch charger wasn't working and he wasn't totally sure he wanted the item. This part is really important-- they don't have a customer service phone number. When I tried to return through their website on 12/28 I was notified that I was outside of the two week return policy and the extended holiday return which began on 12/7. I sent multiple emails to customer service and finally received a response about a week later. Their troubleshooting advice was to have me unplug the device for 30 seconds. Several emails and days later, they finally told me to return the product and "If we’re unable to repair the unit, don’t worry—we’ll gladly arrange a replacement for you." They did not provide a return label or offer to pay for shipping. Still not resolved and I honestly feel like they are hoping I will just give up and keep the faulty product. I would not recommend purchasing without better support and a "real" holiday return policy.
