The big mistake was using Evri as a…
The big mistake was using Evri as a courier . We ordered the table as the advert said 24hrs and we needed it for a weekend camping trip but we should have had two days spare . Evri have had the parcel since Wednesday morning first thing but here we are back from the weekend away and it still hasn’t left their depot and no idea when it will but my thinking is that they will come back and say it’s lost which has happened twice in the last couple of months . I appreciate this is not of your doing other than choosing the worst company ever to deliver it so please think again when choosing who you trust it to

Have a 20l air fryer that basically means no longer use main oven unless doing roast dinner. Does meals within 30 mins, nice and crisp and easy to wash up items. Company very helpful as wanted a new mesh shelf basket and sent one out immediately. Really great service.

Appalling Support & Broken Warranty Promises
I purchased a NYXI dehumidifier from Amazon on April 20, 2026. Within less than three months, the compressor completely failed, leaving me with a useless machine that refuses to collect water.
When I reached out to their customer support, I was subjected to awful company gaslighting. First, they repeatedly sent me generic, copy-pasted troubleshooting checklists despite me clearly explaining the mechanical failure. Then, they claimed the item was over a year old—even though I had provided direct screenshots of my 2-month-old order page. Finally, they tried to dodge their own 1-year manufacturer warranty entirely, stating that because I bought it on Amazon, I had to "sort it out with them."
This company operates in complete bad faith, sends broken products, and actively fabricates excuses to avoid honoring their legal warranty obligations. Avoid NYXI products at all costs unless you want a broken machine and zero customer support.
