Amazing customer service.
I had misplaced a part for our water cooler and they have replaced it without any cost to me.

Amazing.

Bought a Dual Air Fryer Oven in November 2025. It had an occasional issue (Very noisy internal fan), which over time worsened and eventually the fan noise was permanent. Contacted Nyxi (rep: Hotak) and after several emails and me supplying video proof of the issue, I was sent out a replacement unit. Responses to emails and queries were quick, professional and dealt with politely. Would use this company again. Recommended

Ordered a white board which unfortunately arrived damage by the courier company. I contacted Nyxi that evening and sent some photos of the item and packaging and by 8.30am the next morning they’d been in contact and arranged to deliver a new product to me. Things can go wrong but it’s how you deal with them and in this instance I’m very pleased with the customer service provided by Hotak at Nyxi.

Ordered based on a guaranteed delivery date and confirmed dispatch. The seller then cancelled due to courier issues without my agreement. This caused disruption and additional cost. Communication was poor and the explanation inaccurate. I would not rely on this seller for time-sensitive orders.

Customer service (offshore) absolutely terrible lied about my case before I even gave him any information and trying to claim warranty on my products but no response or anything

Delivered a day earlier than stated. Well packed. Smart and elegant design and works well.
Temperature accuracy a little suspect but not of any importance.
When assembling the base plate, please note, the diagramme illustrates a two pin plug. This would easily come through the bottom hole as described in the instructions, if fitted. It is not fitted with a two pin plug but a three pin plug which will not go through the hole, hence please put the lead in the necessary position first before screwing the base plate together, saves a great deal of unnecessary frustration, as I found out.

I ordered a glass afternoon tea plate which was received on time. Unfortunately it arrived broken but after contacting Nyxi and being offered a replacement I was unable to accept as there was not enough time to send it out because I needed it the next day I received a full refund within the hour. Cannot fault customer service.

I ordered an ottoman at £37.99 and it never arrived. They said it was delivered but the courier has obviously made a mistake. I work from home and no attempt to deliver was made. They sent me to amazon shopping who sent me back to them. In my opinion it should be up to NYXI to resolve as I ordered with them. Still arguing my case attempting to get resolved but proving useless, they don’t care. They are basically calling me a liar, stating that it was delivered to me. Very very poor customer service and unprofessional.

I had a problem with a salt lamp purchased in December for a Christmas present and this week the bulb failed so replaced bulb but that one failed to.
Contacted Nyxi by email at 13.26 today and at 14.31 received and email back to say that a new power lead and bulb had been dispatched by Royal Mail.
You can’t get better than that.

Quick delivery but quality of product is cheap flimsy plastic.

Did not deliver my full order. Half the purchase was not delivered to me.

Surprisingly I ordered on a weekday morning & received my purchased on the next day @11am 😁👍

Shoe racks arrive quickly. Once put together they are sturdy and practical for smaller spaces

Ordered car mats and boot mat. They feel solid and good quality. Had to cut my boot mat but thus was easy to do. Very pleaaed with the products!! My car looks alot better with the mats and doesn't have as much dirt. Also cery easy to clean.

Goods ordered and delivered within 2 days. Exactly what we required for areas around the house that are prone too a bit of condensation.

Very quick service and the product is great and works well.
No complaints from me from this supplier.
