Everything was spot on. I online chatted with a customer service and even though he did not have an immediate answer for me, he came back the next day with part code etc. And buying was as easy as a few clicks away!

Main problems (not many) with delayed deliveries. Usually next day but have been out to 5 days for next day deliveries.

Always prompt with quotes and shipment and very helpful sorting out alternatives or other issues.

Items turned up quickly and in good condition, only downside is that it's sometimes hard to find products on the website unless you know exactly what you're looking for.

Just go back to the way it was 18 months ago with the searching at the top of the web page. (It's not the position on the page that is the problem, its the underlying method.)

You lost most of your competitive advantage when changing the search method. It used to be way better then RS -- or anything else. Now, it's about the same as those other websites.

Is very simple and easy to use the website

The products supplied, were, what was advertised, on time and at a reasonable price. As a bonus they worked too :-)

I have enjoyed your wide stock range which covers most of the hard to source parts needed for equipment repairs. This is a significant part of my work and customer satisfaction. Deliveries are generally 2 days from Sydney if components are from stock and in 8 years I have only had one return which was promptly corrected.

What is this? I buy stuff from element 14 from time to time. I'm happy to write something and receive a torch but what's it all about?
