The order went fine
The order went fine - yet to open. Didn't know it would be drop-shipped but it was reasonably quick. Very spammy emailing though - heaps of emails about protein deals - too many.

Not a Great Experience
Hi MyProtein Team,
I hope you are well.
I am writing regarding my recent order, which unfortunately arrived with multiple issues.
Firstly, the delivery was delayed. I did receive an email from MyProtein acknowledging the delay and apologising for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. However, the delivery still arrived later than expected.
Secondly, and more importantly, when I opened the package, I noticed that protein powder had spilled everywhere inside the box. Upon checking the bags, it appears they were subjected to significant pressure, causing them to burst open. The damage makes the product unsafe to consume, as the contents may have been contaminated.
I have attached screenshots/photos showing the condition in which the items arrived.
Given the situation, I kindly request a replacement for the damaged bags as soon as possible. Please also swap all 5 packets.
Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side.

Fantastic product
Fantastic product. Whey protein unsweetened and chocolate flavour both are great. Amino profile is also good. Overall a great protein source.

Delivery delayed indefinitely—No tracking!
It’s been 15 days and I have yet to receive my order. I got an email apologising for the delay, then another one with tracking number but when I click the link it doesn’t say if item has been shipped or out for delivery or what not. Very disappointing.

Poor Quality and Incorrect Sizing
My last order from MP was really disappointing. The shorts I ordered arrived torn, and the T-shirt was noticeably smaller than the size listed. I expected better quality and accuracy from MP, and this experience has definitely let me down.
