I love the protein
I love the protein, buying it is straight forward and what I would expect so no complaints with your team. However,
what I REALLY disliked was the “free gifts”. I’d rather have nothing than ever have to speak with hello fresh again. They weaselled their way out of giving me the voucher and charged me for a box of food that was supposed to be free with the voucher. Was one of the most painful conversations I’ve had on a phone for half an hour.. In the end I got a refund. I would suggest any other gifts or nothing would be better than the vouchers.

As a loyal customer, I expected better service from a reputable brand like Myprotein. I am quite disappointed by the lack of communication and the delay in addressing this issue. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.
