They advertised through Facebook some tools which I made 2 seperate purchases for on the same day. My deliveries landed in Australia in 2 seperate locations and that is where the tracking stopped and my packages stayed independently. I never received anything for my money. This company is a scam.

I ordered a 3 in 1 ergonomic pick up rake and what I got was 2 plastic paddles. They offered a small compensation and in the end stopped replying to my emails and I got no compensation. Absolute rip of!!!! Do not order from this company. If I could I would give 0 stars!

Would give ZERO stars if available. They sent me the wrong product and while acknowledging that, they only offered a very small credit that would not have even gotten me to the price they charge for the inferior product they sent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I will file a complaint with the FTC & whatever agencies will look into their scam operation.

I ordered and paid for one product but received an inferior, completely different and useless product their own tracking info proves this but they refuse to refund my money.

Absolutely NOT what was advertised. When an item and price is too good to be true, beware.

I should have read the review first. Got sent 4 packs of the wrong lights. Complained and they said the ones I got the were the ones in the order. No way, Complete rubbish, stay away.

Complete rip off not at all as described do not buy anything from them. I am a pensioner and ordered a no bend leaf picker upper and received two useless leaf grabbers I would not pay even $5 for.

Ordered a magnetic diesel additive holder. It showed up with inferior magnets, (one was missing) and the holder was to small for the bottle. After back and forth I was refunded a whole $4. Stay far away from this scam company

In addition to the nice clothes, i also liked the website.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered 4 mineral mugs that were claimed to be handmade of actual stone, like quartz or obsidian. I received 4 mugs that were molded plastic with a metal insert. The website claimed they were dishwasher and microwave safe. The company has been responding with nothing but bullshit. Here is a copy paste of email exchange. I have provided all screenshots to them with order numbers, invoices, photos of the shitty mugs and more. My bank has already preemptively refunded me the $100.

I ordered a set of 4 "mineral mugs". They arrived yesterday. I wanted to see what they looked like, as they are all intended to be gifts. So glad I opened one!

These are plastic, not mineral. These are NOT microwave Safe - they have a metal insert! They are absolutely trash items and you are a scam company. These are nothing like the website, videos or photos show.

I want a refund immediately to the card I paid with.

My next step is filing a fraud claim against you if I'm not refunded within 24 hours. I have now attached proof from my bank - the purchase was $104.80 on 11/30/2024

Nzeindustrio.com is a scam website that offers to purchase items at unusually discounted prices. It may appear as a discounter, or as a marketplace for warehouse liquidation items, but it is in fact just a ploy to make you think this site is legitimate. After placing an order on this site, you will likely get nothing at all, or, at best, poor-quality or counterfeit items.

The above is so true; I am in endless communication with them asking for a refund of funds; they have sent absolutely a joke, a fake item that no one would want to have for free. Don't fall for it like I did,

This product is great! It took two weeks to arrive, but it was worth the wait. The pricing is reasonable, given its functionality. Both waterproof and gradually showing beautiful starry images with music. Excellent value for money!

Ordered product and not delivered. They have apparently delivered to a random address. They are expecting for me to proof it wasnt delivered which is absolutely ridiculous. They need to prove it was. The tracking shows it was delivered to a complete different town about 30mins drive from my home delivery address.

Its your responsibility to deliver to correct address or provide an instant refund for failing to deliver

Bought this gadget recently. Projection lights impress during nighttime. Slightly puzzled by drain installation instructions, though.

still maintaining that the led lights have been delivered. When I ask for proof (EVERY delivery these days is photographed) they say'because the item has been delivered they have no further contact with the delivery company. I did tell them that I hope that their mothers are proud of them!

I grabbed this gadget a few weeks back, and while the wait was long, around three weeks, it mostly seemed fine. The design impressed, without many frills. Price felt fair, considering quality. Packaging ensured safety.
