“Worst Purchase Ever – False Advertising and Terrible Customer Service”

I ordered an outdoor LED light from this company, expecting it to match the advertised features and specifications. What I received was completely different: a cheap, poorly made light that didn’t even come close to what was shown online. It was smaller, dimmer, and looked nothing like the product in the photos.

When I reached out to customer service, hoping to resolve the issue, I was met with complete indifference. Instead of addressing the false advertising or offering to replace the product, they kept insisting on a tiny, insulting compensation amount. They avoided my request for a full refund and didn’t take responsibility for their misleading product.

Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs. This was a complete waste of money and time

I ordered a product from them and the description when I ordered it is different from what I received. I received far inferior product these were supposed to be weatherproof year-round soffit lighting they turned out to be fairy lights. And now I have asked for a returns good authorization and they have refused. Their policy is that you have only a couple of days to request to return I did it within 24 hours. The only reason I gave them one star is because I can't give anything less. Stay away from this company they are a fake. They should be shut down and Facebook should not allow them to pedal their product on their site.

Scam. Do not buy.

The item that I purchased was not what was sent. I purchased a set of permanent outdoor holiday lights that were supposed to stick to my house and string together in series so that you could make all the lights do the same thing. The lights that I received had no way to attach to the house and were not able to be strung together in series and we're basically useless to me. I emailed the company multiple times they offered to give me a $10 rebate but didn't want to return the lights, listening is fraudulent. Do not trust the company.

I recently purchased this item and was pleasantly surprised. It performs well, adding a lovely touch to my room ambience.

Ordered house lights. They did not send me what was advertised I. The picture. They refuse to refund my money. They keep telling me it will cost ME too much money to return them and offer me a dollar refund at a time. I have turned them into my bank for fraud

I would advise anyone reading this review to avoid this company.
I purchased items to the value of £75 from this company. The item was tracked to the UK. On reaching the UK and passing through customs, the item was tracked to the courier, after this zero tracking updates. Nzeindustrio customer service is totally useless and uncaring, I have requested them numerous times to contact to the courier, I do not know who the courier is and they will not supply the couriers name, to find out where the item is. Luckily, I paid via PayPal and I can get my money back. However, the point is, if you buy from this company do not expect to get any customer service if your parcel does not arrive, despite their web page promise of a total refund if you are not happy.
As I said in the tittle AVOID this company.

As with the other customers of Christmas Lights I ordered 30m of these lights and received lights that where nothing like advertised, I have now reported them to Instagram & trading standards.

PLEASE do not order anything from Nzeindustrio. I just ordered the Christmas light sets that I saw on Facebook AD and they sent me wrong items. NO phone contact, so I had to email them. They will not refund your item unless you want to pay shipping fees which is expensive, and it isn't worth it. They said they only can refund up to $5!! I spent $40 and that's what I get back?? If you want to save a headache or save your money, don't ever use this company. Seriously! lesson learned.

Bought this charming device and was pleasantly surprised. It took about two weeks for delivery, which felt quite reasonable. Its blend of soothing illumination and sound creates a relaxing home experience. Overall, a value-for-money purchase that enhances ambiance beautifully.

What i ordered and got are not the same do not deal with these people

I ordered 30 meters Xmas lights and was sent 20 metres of Xmas lights emailed 3 times got ignored 3 times have not checked if lights work wont be surprised if they don't,

I have contacted their costumer service who Will not let me return it, but are trying to give me an 8$ compensation on a 100$ product instead. So now I’m stuck with useless indoor lighting instead of the outdoor I ordered

All the 4 and 5 star reviews are fake, this are dropshippers who send you a wrong item. DONT ORDER HERE.!!!

Absolutely a disgrace and a scam. Glossy advertisements to seduce you in to parting with good money for inferior products, not of any use at all. Keep away

I ordered lights for decorating my house , in the advertisement they looked wonderful/ perfect what arrived, was a disgrace paid $70 for a set of lights I could have purchased for less than $20 here in Australia , the company’s pathetic reply was exactly that, do not get sucked in by their advertising.

Item listed and advetised is not that one that I have resived.
I have payed more than $ 200 all up - and they try to hussel me with with and $20 return - SO RUDE!!!!

Horrible site, robbers!!! The order total was 85, paypal page was 85, and then they charged me 105!!! Never in my life had such dishonest site!!! Asked immediately to cancel, 3 days later they shipped!!! Hope paypal will resolve and refund me!

I ordered 3 auto ratchet straps. I was sent the wrong tracking number which had my parcel going to ruatoria. When it eventually arrived it had 3 normal ratchet straps in it, I started a dispute and they refused to acknowledge the wrong product had been sold. Over a series of emails they slowly offered $5 more each time for me to keep the product. I am totally frustrated with their service and lack of care and sending the wrong product. I could go buy what they sent me at a local hardware store for a third of what I paid for the ratchet straps. The normal straps were not what I ordered. I now have to return the straps at my cost in the hope I will get a full refund that I suspect I wont. AVOID this place at all costs!!
