I am very excited to receive my necklace! They had many options that are more to date. I also love how I can engrave in the piece. Its motivating that I can have something meaningful on my neck everyday.

I bought a bracelet - gold plated - in September and half of the engraving is already scratched off. For $100+ for a simple rope ID bracelet I figured it would last longer than 1 month.

I absolutely love the necklace! It’s a gift for my daughter, and I’m sure she’s going to love it. It’s beautiful and exactly what I expected. I also really loved being sent a sneak peek beforehand—it was such a nice touch! I’m very happy with my purchase!

I would highly recommend Oak and Luna! They helped me personalize a bracelet that was a gift for my daughter after having her sixth child and it turned out beautiful! Customer service is so wonderful! The bracelet is unique, detailed, and the quality is amazing!

Customer service was on top of everything and so wonderful to deal with when the item seemed to be lost in customs for 2 months. They immediately had a new bracelet engraved and shipped. The engraving is immaculate and the quality is impeccable!

The piece I purchased where exactly as I hoped for.

Very disappointed with both the quality of the necklace and the overall experience. The necklace arrived looking orange and almost rusty, which made it look much cheaper than expected. Considering I paid over $200 for it, I expected a much higher-quality finish.

I also never received any communication that my order had shipped or any shipping updates, which was disappointing given the price point. Overall, the quality did not meet my expectations, and for what I paid, I would have rather purchased something off the rack from another retailer.

Update: Not able to provide additional information as the time expired. Issue remains unresolved or responded to.

Beautiful , quality great customer service

Yeah, first my experience wasn’t too good. My product got lost, but I know it wasn’t you guys fault but it was fixed the belt to me immediately so I do appreciate that.

I ordered two name pendants in the solid 10k gold and I paid for expedited shipping. The tracking process wasn’t moving past the jewelry making and I was getting concerned, as the delivery date was getting close. I emailed customer service and not only did they get back to me very quickly, but they were so nice and very helpful! They were able to look and see where exactly it was in the process and they arrived on time!!
